Hi everyone, hope everyone is well. Haven't posted for a while been a bit busy with one thing and another.... So after a week of tablets to bring on my period I had a scan, which found another cyst which meant a check with the consultant ( thankfully it didn't delay anything anymore than we already were) and then start the progynova tablets on the Sunday. So tomorrow is the day 12 scan, all fingers are crossed for the lining to be the right thickness and all systems ahead next week for the transfer but we shall see.
How is everyone else doing? And to anyone new to the thread, welcome but I am sorry you find yourself here.0 -
Thanks so much for lovely welcome - Elephant I have been catching up on this thread and keeping everything crossed for you xx:rotfl:0

I'm lucky that my work are good at accommodating and not asking too many questions but I have still used 10 days holiday this year on appointments and my operation, I was thinking about it just before I read your post actually. I know it's easy said that done but don't feel guilty about work, it's not your fault and out of your hands.
I had to have a Chlamydia test but it was a urine test so I was able to pop before work and collect/drop it back. I got my results over the phone and pretty sure I got my AMH over the phone too so they can do it - so annoying how different the procedure is everywhere.
At my work we're expected to make up any time we lose for appointments and it doesn't help that I am already allowed time off (which I have to make up of course) regularly to attend hospital outpatient clinic. This was every week for almost a year though it's less often now and took 3-4 hours out the day by the time I got there and back. Also there is no way I'd mention exactly why I'm having all these appointments. In fact you girls and DH are the only ones who know.
I guess what doesn't help is my work still needs doing regardless of what appointments I have cos there isn't anyone else to do it, and it just means so much time making hours up and working extra at home that I don't get as much time to relax.
Theres a new Dr at the surgery (I haven't even seen her but I like her already!) and she has managed to print off the forms for me to take to my local hospital so I can wait at the blood clinic instead of waiting weeks for an nurse appointment at the surgery. That makes it easier as I only have to leave work an hour and a half early to make the clinic.
Hope your stay is short ellesbelles.
And fingers crossed for the transfer elephant.
Have a lovely weekend everyone xx0 -
Thank you for your well wishes... Transfer is booked for Thursday afternoon... Even though I've done it once before I'm still scared, I guess after what happened last time it kinda leaves you worrying it might happen again.
Everyone have a lovely weekend :-) xxx0 -
Hi ladies
I'm backWent for a private early scan on Wednesday. I should have been 9+6 but the foetus looked as though it stopped developing at 6 weeks. Went to hospital on Friday for a scan to confirm so I've had a MMC. The GS is still growing so I'm still getting all the pregnancy symptoms which is awful, I had no warning signs anything was wrong either, no spotting or bleeding etc. Should have known it was too good to be true
So decided on medical management, I can't bare waiting however many more weeks for my body to finally realise things aren't right. Going in on Tuesday to get that sorted.New House... New Mortgage! February 2017: £144,000

Choc, so sorry to hear your news, hope you and your oh are doing ok xxx
Elephant, good luck for Thursday in case I don't get back here before then. Even tho I don't know how you would be feeling relating to a transfer, I totally get where you are coming from, will think sticky thoughts for you.
Ellesbelles, welcome, although its a shame you find yourself here. Everyone is lovely, so don't be afraid to ask questions, I sure think up some daft ones, although I don't get on here often to ask.
Hope everyone else is doing ok, apologies for missing anyone but I struggle to read back on my phone and then remember what to write in my reply!
AFM, I had my day 12 scan and hcg trigger on Wednesday, and since then I have been soooo bloated and uncomfortable. The nurse said I had 3 follicles, each 25mm, so I'm guessing that had something to do with it, but surely things should have calmed down 4 days later?!0 -
So sorry to hear that Choc xxx
Laura hope everything goes well for you and hope you feel more comfy soon! X:rotfl:0 -
So, so sorry Choc - please take care of yourself.
Laura hope you're feeling better soon0 -
Evening ladies, hope you are all ok, enjoying the lovely British summer?!
How did things go on Thursday Elephant? Hope you are looking after yourself.
I'm currently driving myself crazy waiting. Odds are we won't be successful this time cos oh was poorly on the critical days. However a small part of my brain is trying to convince my otherwise rational self that is has worked, as I have rather sensitive boobs, which is not normal at all. Someone bang my head against a wall!!!0 -

Shrimpy - re: the lists, go for it! All I do is copy and paste the list into a new reply box and then just update the info with whatever needs changing. The formatting sometimes goes a bit funny but it's fairly easy to tweak itI'll update the list in the next post and then you can carry on from there - thanks for taking it on! xx
good vibes - hope all the investigations go well xx
choc - so sorry to hear your news, take care of yourself and the OH xx
elephant - I have everything crossed for you! xx
Hugs and best wishes to everyone else xxx
