Thanks for all your help with this RC.
I’ve finally received the defence from pre Oct 2012 Orange and using the templates from 703, 704 and 705 as my response to their defence.
I saw that the paragraph numbering went out of sync from paragraph 6 as the original defence it was based on had 2 contracts while I only have 1.
However, the paragraphs re-syncs at 13, I think due to heading 13 being duplicated in the original letter (626 – page 32) so all further paragraphs are correct.
I also marked the “Reason for Compensation” paragraph response to link to 37. Is that correct?
Planning on reading through all of the response tonight to make sure I actually understand all the points, however I think it’s been really well put together as I have understood what I have read so far, unlike the response from EE.0 -

Good to hear, hopefully she remembers your cases when doing mine.0

Hi all - sorry to quote myself!
The new campaign site is now published - but it needs some tidying up. Once I learn how to use it properly I should be able to post word document templates to make the whole process easier!
Please a take a look - I will be asking for your support to send another template email to Ofcom.
Cheers

I've had my first response:
Thank you for your email dated 22 April 2014, received in the Executive Office, I have been asked to respond on behalf of EE.
I am sorry you are unhappy with the recent increase to our prices and some of our services. As a company we are committed to investing significantly in our network and work hard to give the best value for our service, we have in this instance tried to keep these increases to a minimum. However due to rising business costs linked to inflation we have had to revaluate our pricing structure.
In this instance, the increase to price plans is in line with RPI at 2.7% and compliant with the Terms and Conditions of your contract. Our Terms and Conditions give us the right to increase the cost of our services and this change does not give you a right to terminate your contract. Please refer to clause 3.7 in your Terms and Conditions.
Whilst I understand this is not the outcome you were looking for, I trust I have clarified EE's position regarding this matter.
Yours sincerely
Can some kind soul point me in the direction of the response template please? Thanks.0 -

That's great news. I'm in the process of porting using the PAC code to o2, should be completed today. Did you get anything from EE saying they had sent the refund?0
