RC, just a quick piece of advice if possible?
3 Emails ignored now from EE, and now a letter sent recorded delivery and received no reply received after giving them 10 working days in the letter. Can I go to CISAS, I am fed up of waiting for them to reply. First email was sent a few days after this thread was opened0 -
Oh !!!!!!. Been trying to get an answer out of EE for the last two weeks. Their only response has been "I can confirm that your number has been ported to another provider". And what about the rest? They haven't acknowledged the other part.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

If you have been copying in Ofcom and EE have still ignored you then if it has been 8 weeks go to CISAS and change the compensation rationale to read - EEs total lack of response to my emails and recorded delivery letters £100.0 -
We received an email this morning with the PAC Code for both our numbers.
Just waiting for the compensation and refund now
Thanks to RC and everyone who has helped on the thread.0 -
