I used the templated posted in #744, I think it was. The reply I got was:
"Thank you for your email.
I confirm your account was disconnected on 29 April 2014 due to porting out to another provider. A final bill will be generated and sent to you to confirm the account closure.
I trust the above information is of assistance to you.
Yours sincerely
Victoria Hunt"

Defence sent off to CISAS, fingers crossed! I sent it as an attachment in the email as email was to long to fit in on my phone (have no access to computer) copied it onto my docs to go app and attached into the email, can anyone tell me if thats okay please? Will they accept that? Thanks0

Hi all,
I lost my claim against the Tmobile/EE and decided to go for the SCC. I just received a reply from the company regarding my "letter before action" email sent a few days ago. I, somehow attached my CISAS case number in the "letter before action" email, not the case Reference given by the company (Silly me). I've replied to the company with my case references and mobile number. So now I am just waiting for their final response on this matter.
There is just one thing which makes me quite concerned, in the email I received it said that the company had ran a search of my name in both the PAYG and Pay monthly databases but they cannot locate my details/ account?!! And I always contacted them using emails, so somehow I cannot understand why they said they were unable to track the details.0
