I have 3 accounts, 2 with EE 1 with Orange. EE have put in the standard defence on May 6th (last day) however it seems that Orange have not replied to CISAS and the allotted time ran out on May 6th.
My question is this a automatic win on the Orange account? How do I proceed?0 -

Sadly its not an automatic win, and the adjudicator can still allow Orange to submit a defence.
Should they submit a defence, the adjudicator will still have to make a decision based on what they have in front of them.0 -

So should I remind CISAS or just sit back and wait? CISAS time line meens nothing to Orange?0 -
Gah I've just realised that the reply I received seems to correspond to the ones received about the Price Rise, the two T&Cs emails, they have ignored.
Not sure what to do now.
Did you send a price rise compliant as well? If not:
Send the a price rise compliant - just in case you lose here.
If it has been 8 weeks go to CISAs and quote EE sending a letter that has nothing to do with your case which is further evidence of shoddy customer Service
If you have already sent a price rise compliant then:
If it has been 8 weeks go to CISAS and quote EE ignoring your email as evidence of shoddy customer Service,
If it has been less than 8 weeks then resend the email stating they have not responded and copy in Lynn.Parker@Ofcom.org.uk

Hi all,
I have been following the threads and sent the emails to EE and am now at the point where I need to complete the CICAS forum and send to them. I have searched but cannot find the correct template.
Can anyone point me to it please?
Posts #617, #618 and #1161 - you need to mix and match #1161 depending on what EE put in the defence document.0 -
I just received my PAC code from ee today. I wanted to know if I can stay with ee but not be in contract?? Most of the other deals are the same as if not worse than what I'm on with ee.0

Hi RC.
I received a reply from EE which is in post #1554
They ended it with ..
'As the increase is less than RPI should you wish to close the account early in accordance with clause 7.2.3.3 you would be subject to an early termination fee.'
Can I not take this any further?RBS Overdraft - £700
Vodafone - £509
Orange - £516.39
Total Due
£1725.390 -
