Today was EE's due date for their defence to CISAS. How long does it usually take for CISAS to forward it on?

EE have until Friday. So I won't hear back until Monday then. Do they ever respond before the deadline

Hi all,
I have been following the threads and sent the emails to EE and am now at the point where I need to complete the CICAS forum and send to them. I have searched but cannot find the correct template.
Can anyone point me to it please?

Had EE's defence a few days ago whilst I was away sunning myself in Tunisia. Didn't review it whilst I was away relaxing but just read it now and its pretty much word for word the same as everyone else's. Just need to finalise my rebuttal tomorrow (again massive thanks to RC) and then get it sent off.

I don't think it's the defence, it's only the response to the very first email, but I can't find any of RC's templates that make sense as a reply to what I received, although I don't doubt they're somewhere in these 90 odd pages. Help!

Gah I've just realised that the reply I received seems to correspond to the ones received about the Price Rise, the two T&Cs emails, they have ignored.

Not sure what to do now.

Hi All and Especially RC!

I've been following the thread with such interest since Feb, it's taken over my life! However, followed the advice of RC, and...................

I've WON - RESULT!

Im so chuffed, and its all thanks to the support and advice from RC and others on here. Without you, i'd never have had the guts to go through with it, let alone even know how to start a case against them, so thank you all.

Details are:

EE Contract - Taken out July 2013
Adjudicator - Ms. M Tor
£100 Compensation
Termination of contract, and backdated fee's to Feb 14

I did use RC's templates for everything except the CISAS evidence. - Stupidly I came across them about 2 days after I'd submitted the little evidence I had: That was basically made up of emails, call logs, and a general statement about affordability.

So, got the result I was really really hoping to get.

I have sent off my defence to CICAS, how long before i know who i have been allocated and how long before i get my decision guys.
