i started my contract with T-Mobile on 20th June 2012?
Do I qualify and would i qualify for any compensation?
i just really want to end it early although I only have 2 full months left. Is it worth it? I did read about hassles ending a contract (giving them 30 days notice in the final month) and using a PAC code before the 30 days are up and don't want to get stung by that.

That contract is the most difficult case to win here, but it is the EASIEST case to win on the price rise forum - start at posts 97-99:

    Hi RC,

I was just wondering whether it would be better to continue to write my case for the SCC,or to start fresh and appeal the price rise if that is a much easier case to win with the CISAS?
    Car Debt at 0% - 5304
    Loan at 9.5% - 3744
    Natwest Overdraft - 750
    Credit Card - 5100

    Total Debt - £14898

I had a part win in September from CISAS, but T-Mobile failed to abide with the decision, they charged me for 2 PAC's but removed one of them and refused to remove the other, they did not pay the £50 compensation on time, this is the bulk of the letter i received from CISAS the other day..

Any new issues must be addressed directly with the company’s complaints procedure in the first instance.

Our involvement with this particular case is now over and we are unable to assist you any further.

Should you wish to take this existing matter further I would recommend that you seek independent legal advice.

    Kind Regards

    Michelle Ekpenyong

I really find it difficult to see the point in CISAS if you get a decision in your favour yet they fail to follow up on it....
  • I registered to say thanks to everyone including RC! I just heard back from CISAS and I won my case for both my EE contracts and £100 compensation on top!

    2 x Post 2012 EE contract + £100 compensation, adjudicator was E. Higashi

24/27 wins so far, and i think two cases that lost one would have won if RC's template was used, and the other maybe could have won if a reply to the EE defence had been submitted!

Hi, I know that it says it can take up to three weeks for a reply from the adjudicator, how long does it normally take for them to reply?
Can't wait to see if i've won or not..

11/04.. was the last contact from cisas..

    Thanks :)

    Hi

I need read this forum and try this. Not just the increase for me. When I got my EE contract last april/may since then prices on plans have dropped alot mine is £36 a month you can get same for 22.99 with half gig more data actually.

I'm far from impressed that have to increase prices were loyalty for current customers a new customer get cracking deal.

Joke EE another year with these hope can get out of it!!

I think things may be taking a little longer now, but mine took a full working week - Adjudicator appointed letter on a Monday, result the following Monday. Due to the long weekend your probably looking at next Tuesday at the earliest.
