Treated rudely by Tesco checkout staff

OP, have you received any response from Tesco yet regarding your complaint?
Yeah, I did. They just sent me a letter of apology.
I went back to the store to get a few things the other day (just to redeem my extra points voucher, as usual) and the rude checkout lady was nowhere to be seen. The checkout lady who served me on that day was really nice and friendly. So, I've decided not to pursue this matter anymore to save all the trouble and stress.
It's a two way thing....being rude is bad, regardless of whether it's from the customer side or from the cashiers side. But as a cashier, one should take the initiative to be friendly. If the customer reacts to a friendly cashier in a rude way, then the customer is to be blamed. If the cashier is rude in the first place, then don't blame the customer or give excuses like stress, low pay, etc.0 -
Always two sides to every point of view and how the staff at Tesco and other supermarkets put up with the scum and arrogant shlt's who crawl through their door I will never know.
Why should someone on £5 odd per hour take the initiative to be anything other then civil and ring the stuff through the till ? when does the customer take the initiative to take the mobile phone out its face to utter a word or control the brats screaming around the floor or some scam artist with the "I know my rights speach" trying to get something for nothing which tesco recently stopped. And when you say If the customer reacts to a friendly cashier in a rude way, then the customer is to be blamed who can the store assistant post to in order to whinge, whine and create ?
My better half is a manager at a supermarket and has years of experience of the inbreds of society both as customers and unfortunately sometimes as staff, but it's a diverse world we live in  and this is what society demands.
Society has changed, and everyone who doesnt get treated like an Eastenders Inbred star expects the shop assistant to be subject to a public stoning to death, usually at the behest of some dawk. Tesco will be so relieved you dropped your action, thank god as a shareholder, profits will soon rise0
