People dont arf' over react around here!

I know it sounds too obvious but people could always shop elsewhere.

I once did that when I had a complaint against a major fast food outlet. I switched and refused to shop there or allow anyone I am with to enter their premises either.

Granted I am mere one customer but it makes me feel much much better knowing that I am not contributing to my own insult by reusing them.

Why do people still shop in Tesco if they have had bad service ??? Its wierd, especially if your custom has been brought for a silly voucher!

For sure check out staff come and go, but it is managers job to motivate staff to be pleasant to customers. If more than you complain to head office, maybe they will do something about the manager

.... it would also be a pretty poor manager who gave a member of staff a dressing down in front of a store full of customers - that sort of thing is for behind closed doors. If there's evidence from other people which backs up what you say then I'll put a pound to a peanut that member of staff has been disciplined.

Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it hasn't happened - if you are patient enough to wait for the manager's promised letter then you may well hear about the discplinary action, but it's a bit off to pre-judge him.

I think its a bit sad and sick to watch someone getting a ticking off infront of you because you have complained.

What sort of an idiot would want to witness such childish act? Let me guess....

£7 an hour - WOW!!!!!! Seriously, that's just not a decent living wage, and your employer should be ashamed for paying such a pittance.

I don't know what planet you currently live on to be so uninformed on the state of the UK's wages but the average for a UK working female is £8 an hour. So 7's factionally behind, nationally that doesn't quiet make it the pittance you suggested.

And if you earn so much what are you doing living in such a dodgy area?

Whether a person is working for a million an hour, one pound an hour or for nothing, there is no excuse for being rude. what is wrong with being civil to each other?? Its all very well saying "shop elsewhere" but I say complain and get your feelings known. That is why I am a mystery shopper!!
Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

And yes, I was talking about tesco "Silverburn" (formerly Tesco Pollok).
Funny thing happened the other day - was at the checkout, bought a couple of handsoaps, one happened to be leaking. The female serving me said:
"awww no man, ma hands are pure f*cking stinkin noo..."
she then stuck it in a bag and passed it to me!!!

I said, thanks, but I'd rather have a replacement if that one's "pure stinkin man". She looked at me like I had two heads!!!!
She'll probably rob me in a dark alley in later life!!!!

I hope so, might shut you up:rolleyes:
if i had known then what i know now

Because why should we stop shopping at a certain store just because some staff have no customer service skills,we may like that particular store. We could go to loads of other stores and still get the same treatment,so what do we do then, stop shopping completely. No i say nip it in the bud right at the start, and hopefully we wont need to go to another store, just because we feel forced into it, as a result of one or more rude members of staff.
