What the hell is wrong with saying females?
If you have to ask then...
Seriously; yes we are females; but so are cows and sows.
Refer to us in a way which implies we are human!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

To me, saying you're easy going but like the finer things in life comes across as......'I'm a bit of a lazy arras and want my missus to pay for these finer things in life'.
I'm sure you aren't, but that's how I'd read it...I'd tend to go for more specifics ie what 'finer things in life' do you like? Food, wine, clothes etc.
'Comfortable in your own skin' would also set alarm bells ringing - although it might not be what you mean I would take it as being uncompromising and set in your ways.
The 'no drama queens' thing would make me think there is a psychologically disturbed ex in the background or that you have already been burned so badly before in a relationship that you're going to be hard work.
As first impressions go, it doesn't really say much about you. I'd mention specific interests or hobbies, ambitions etc. Make it more individual, at the minute that could be any one of millions of dating site profiles.
I don't mean to sound harsh, sorry if it did, just trying to be helpful.
Oh, and don't ask about whether they want kids or not on the first date, !!!!!!!0 -

I'm not easy going, so I'm not your type, but I know some of easier going friends don't like to be considered ideal because they are easy going....we have talked about it, because its a quality I envy in them.
Maybe more info then. I did cut that down a bit there though, but you get the jist or perhaps not!0 -
What would you talk about on a first date for a few hours? Music?:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
"Marleyboy you are a legend!"
MarleyBoy "You are the Greatest"
Marleyboy You Are A Legend!
Marleyboy speaks sense
marleyboy (total legend)
Marleyboy - You are, indeed, a legend.0 -
;);)I'm surprised Bazey hasn't popped up with some words of wisdom yet......

You know what I am talking about and no I am not reframing my speech
Then stay single.
Apparently you're as good as talking about ladies as you are at talking to them!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

No it doesn't souud harsh it's just being honest - of course you know I don't mean any of those things in that way but as you said it could be read that way.
Makes you kind of concerned to say anything at all - feels like being in court0 -

Haha it is!
I remember when my mum signed up, we spent hours writing her profile.
There seems to be a whole different language, according to one of my friends who considers herself a dating site aficionado (sp?) bubbly = overweight, adventurous = a bit kinky/weird sexual quirks and 'fun and friendship' = casual sex.
Practically, I think you should be more specific in your profile - what do you like, what you're looking for etc rather than some vague personal attributes.
I fully appreciate that you don't want to 'change' to be in a relationship - and nor should you.0
