Another 2.4m run today, still on week 4 of the couch to 5k though as I don't feel ready to take the next step. Had to take a screenshot of the current speed runkeeper brought up when starting my warm up walk - shame I couldn't keep it up for the full half hour!!

13.1 miles / Warwick half marathon done yesterday. First 8 were enjoyable. Last 5 was a struggle, good feeling to cross the finish line though.

Have done 219.01k this year. Target is about 800k / 500 miles.

I am about 2/3s of the way to a half marathon.

My 10km this morning took me to just over 700km for the calendar year so far ... I'm not sure that counts as a milestone worth reporting, but I'm going to indulge anyway. Please forgive me. I spared you the graph this time at least.
If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.

I went out running tonight after a week off. I thought I'd find it harder but I didn't and actually managed to push myself harder for longer :)

Not going out running again until Friday because I refuse point blank to run on my birthday :rotfl: and I've got a spa day too :D but they do have a gym there so I'll hit the treadmill instead

Running club was cancelled last night; so I tried and failed badly on the treadmill at the gym this morning. It was so dull.

I've lost my mojo again. I seem to be finding it very easy to come up with excuses not to go out... Hopefully tomorrow though. I wish we had room here for me to have a treadmill without cheesing off the other half. I used to quite enjoy the treadmill at the gym and often used my sisters when she had one at hers. The further I'm running I've noticed the "fear" setting in re how far from home I am and the awareness of how far it is to get back lol.

I've found that signing up to races helps with mojo.
