Went for a lovely 6 mile run on Saturday afternoon - it's so much nicer to run when it's a little bit warmer! Hoping to do 4 miles tonight which will take me up to 100 miles for the year so far, so sort of on target to hit my total as I aim to gradually increase my distances so I'm doing up to 10 miles or so on a regular basis. Off on holiday on Friday though so next week will probably add a grand total of 0 miles to the spreadsheet!! Already got plans to start up again as soon as I get back though, so hopefully won't set me back too much.

Time for an update I suppose:

The run home from work tonight should push me over the 500km marker.

Love your graph - so good to know I'm not the only geeky one that does this! Not quite ready to share mine yet though... :rotfl:

Tonight's club run would have been so much better had I not nearly fallen over. It would be nice to have at least once where I don't fall over. :o

Struggled a bit this morning. I think a visit to the physio might be needed. :(

After skipping Tuesday because we were knackered, it's back out tonight with a vengeance

I've been up for this all day, but now I'm home, I'm quite comfortable on the sofa and would quite like not to move off it til bedtime please :o

Forgive the bragging, but I hit the marathon distance today and I'm really proud of myself (even if it destroyed me) and also 25% of my annual target. I don't expect the trend to continue at quite this pace though as I'm switching from marathon training to triathlon training after mid April.

    Looks lovely!

I've just passed the 200k mark for the year, which is 25% of my target for this year. A mix of Jantastic and half marathon training is helping. :) Had an easy run yesterday - did 14k and really loved it. Whereas I did 12k last weekend and really struggled.
