  • Week 4 completed on the NHS couch to 5k plan. Am thinking I need to do it one more time before moving to week 5 though, I've progressed in distance and speed again but it was hard work today, probably because I've got a cold threatening. I know I won't be going out for a run on Friday so that kept me going tonight. :j

    What did you get?
I'm currently running in just a normal pair of trainers and feel maybe I need an actual pair of running shoes as these are just as cheap as hell.
  • BTW does anyone want to run the Reading half marathon this Sunday in my place?
I found a cheap holiday and am off for a week in the sun instead. Lemme know asap!

I had a run sprung on me today, after not running since Sunday last :o

It was a completely different route, about half of it uphill, which I walked, but it's out of the way and it's back to business on Tuesday :)
