Congrats on your tiny tiny baby jox! I was same after c section. . Only paracetamol and it hurt so bad initially I felt I'd never feel well for ages but after 3 days it was much more comfortable. It ached to stand up but it's amazing how quick you recover really considering it's major surgery. Get better soon and congrats again! !!

Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Congratulations Jox and all the newest mummies in the house!

I have been a very long time lurker from the TTC thread to the TTC 12 mths plus one and finally down to here.

36 + 1 today and after dreaming about Zippy and TL having babies in my front room last night - (sorry ladies weirdest dream ever!) - I thought it was best to delurk and show myself!

  • Congratulations Jox and welcome to the world baby Mason!

Hope you are going on well TeamLowe!

Yesterday I had one of those days when I realised that whilst I love my job and (most of) my colleagues to a degree I can't wait to go on Mat leave!
Vastly reduced hours today as I have to take doglet to the vet so am starting about 90minutes late and am finishing at three for my midwife appointment! Hopefully this means I have a better day today :-)

I was awake for a good couple of hours last night with hip pain, what ever side I laid on they were both hurting.

So ended up propping myself up with pillows and being half sat up and fell asleep pretty quick and slept much better so might try that tonight.

I also had awful trapped wind so that plus the hip pain and pelvic pain every movement was really horrible!

Only good thing was it took my mind off the scan! Off to the hospital in an hour.

Lush I cant wait to finish either. 5 weeks and 1 day to go!

Thanks for doing the list Zippy.
