    Good luck TeamLowe! How exciting!

samtoby, same issue here too :o Second baby, bad tear with her and I suffered with my pelvic floor afterwards, it was all back to normal before I got pregnant this time around, but with the hyperemesis my pelvic floor is shot to pieces already, only 20+4 as well. I need to talk to my midwife about it at the next appointment, but I have a bad feeling it's a case of grin and bear it until after baby comes.

    Evening everyone,

I have an issue I am going to have to see the Dr or Midwife about.....I keep leaking wee. It usually happens if I laugh too much or cough and I wonder if its baby sat on my bladder. I am doing some gentle exersizes, in the hope testing the pelvic floor to stop it happening. I am only 21+4 - think if it gets worse how I will be at 30+ weeks!

I did have terrible trouble with my pelvic floor after DS so might be that reoccuring - but that was after he was born.

Hold you boldies are all ok, and Rummer and Jox - hope I haven't missed their posts.

    :) xx

Samtoby glad you've said that because I am having the same problem (and this is my first! ). I'm doing pelvic floor exercises (intermittently I admit), but the problem seems to be getting worse :(

My friend told me a story where after her baby was born, her mum came round to get her out of the house for a bit, her baby did a big projectile diarrhoea thing which sprayed everywhere & then she and her mum cracked up laughing & she wet herself! Her mum said 'so I guess were not going out this morning then!'

Sam, I was having the pee problem randomly over a good few weeks with a cough but I've been fine for a while now (fingers crossed). I am having to wear panty liners though but it's probably tmi to say why.

Twigpig I thankfully haven't had the carpel tunnel again this week but I'm trying to sleep with my wrists neutral just in case. Yours sounds terrible.

Teamlowe, good luck. I hope things progress well for you.

I'm off to the theatre tomorrow night to see Dirty Dancing which should be fun.

Yes, she had a low lying placenta so couldn't've been induced "naturally". I suspect she's got her hands full recovering and visiting her baby in NICU... Hope they're both ok

Thanks for all your thoughts ladies, I've just had a quick skim over the past 5 pages I've missed....please forgive the ridiculous queue jumping, I'm a mummy! Mason was delivered by csection at 12.49pm on 8th Jan 3lb 14oz. He's a little gorgeous boy, the whole family is smitten. He's in an incubator in the neonatal unit. He was placed on my shoulder just after he was delivered and warmed up and cleaned and me and mum heard him give a big beautiful cry. I kissed his head loads and he stopped crying. I'm in a bit of pain at the moment, for some reason they only had me on paracetemol every 4 hours but now I'm on co codemol (sp?) so pain isn't so bad but I can't really walk yet. OH wheels me to the neonatal unit in a wheelchair. I'm sure I'll be myself soon??
Hope things get moving for you soon kerri and good luck Team Lowe. I'll still be reading anyway. 20 days in hospital so far. Baby born at 34+6.
Thanks for your support all! X
