Kerri the nursery looks lovely. Where did you get the wall decorations from I'm looking for something like that.0

Thanks Claire, they're from am4zon they were these ones I didn't want something too girly and they came with letters too. My OCD got in the way with the tree though, I tried to follow the picture the first time round except they give you too many leaves! We ended up having to move the whole thing due to the wall it's now on being a stud wall so we couldn't hang the mirror though, so they definitely work second/third time round if you need to re-place them.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Ok that's good to know because I would be an OCD nightmare with it too!
I did find a similar one on amazon before but lots of the reviews says it fell off the wall so even searching for another one! You have got it to look very much like the picture too which is great.
Not sure if it's best to get one where the shake is ore made or one like yours where you arrange it yourself.0 -
Kerri it all looks lovely, I'm sure your little lady will love her room
Lola congratulations! Another speedy onelovely name
Squirrel I use Fairy non-bio cos it's what my mum's always used but as long as it's a non-bio it should be ok for baby's delicacy skin. Think fairy are the only ones who do a fabric conditioner though but we've never used it so I don't bother
Claire the tree decal we had had lots of reviews saying it'd fall off but it stayed up fine for me even though I hadn't waited the required 4 weeks after painting, just make sure you go over it with a credit card or similar to get rid of all air bubbles
Sister has just been round and dropped off some new pyjamas for me that she picked up in the sale, well happynow I have two pairs that fit lol x

You can use comfort fabric softener too, the white one.. it might be called pure. There were samples in either bounty or Emma's diary. I've used persil and comfort free sachets to wash all babe's clothes, now just got towels and bedding to do.
The nursery looks lovely Kerri, really spacious!!! Ours is sooooooo teeny I still worry there's not enough space in it!
Hubby is still in the garage sanding the crib.... bless him! He's such a perfectionist!

Hello Ladies,
Kerrie - I love the tree decal, I've seen a monkey and tree one similar which I like at the moment.
I am actually looking for people's opinion on the following scenario:
so, Hubbie and I got married in August 2013. Soon after we found out that our best man, my husbands best friend of like 20 years is getting married 30th August 2014. No problem with that, my husband is to be the best man. Excellent!
Fast-forward to now, and currently, it seems our due date will be 1st September 2014! So, 2 days after the wedding. I have already sort of made the decision not to go as I don't want to mess them around saying yes and then no nearer the time. This is our first child so no idea how I will feel. Now, obviously baby's come before and after due date but what about hubbie? I think he's determined to go as doesn't want to let his best friend down, which I understand. What do you think? Also, the wedding is 45-1hour away from where we live and would require at least one overnight stay really. As yet we've told none of our friends but I think we need to mull over what to do, as I'm sure that'll be one of the first questions they ask!
