Is the iPhone 5s really worth it?

I've got, tested and used all of the above
. The iPhone is definitely the best of the lot, and that's primarily because iOS is the best mobile OS out there. Hence the OP should get the 5S. Simples.
Your opinion - and my opinion is the complete opposite - iOS is crap!
The iphone is not as good as the newest Android phones ! Live with it!0 -
And you live with how crap Android is in comparison to iOS!
No I have iphone and i live with that crap coz I made the mistake of buying one having had an Android phone!
So to the OP's question - the 5s is not worth it! Get something cheaper and more functional with high end Android or even windows phone.0 -

Both phones seem pretty equal,no?0 -
But quad core Androids with higher clock rates often run apps worse than slower dual core iPhones. Android repeatedly fails to live up to the higher tech spec. Until this is sorted and there is a greater emphasis on improving the overall user experience rather than slap a higher speed processor behind a larger screen Apple will always have that side of things won.The iphone is not as good as the newest Android phones ! And all the other things mentioned too. You can try and throw Apple Maps at me, but it'd fall meekly to the floor since it's great. Maybe you're believing the hype in the media as opposed to trying and using it yourself? No I have iphone and i live with that crap coz I made the mistake of buying one having had an Android phone!

And I've owned and used a wide variety of devices, and they're not a patch on the iPhone! Don't settle for anything but the best, get the 5S.0 -

Hmm. You seem to be getting a bit geeky here.
Do you remember your first post?
Is a smaller screen a win?0 -
OP - in answer to your question, in my opinion it is not worth it. You get better value and a better product with Android. I moved from the iPhone 4 to the SGS4 and have never looked back. Just me two cents.0

Geeky how? Its a general comment on one of the widely recognised downsides of Android - that the higher specs that many top end Android devices have (and are often put forward by Android users as a benefit) do not result in consistently higher performance. This wasn't a point that was being discussed - the argument essentially being "IOS is better", "no, Android is better" - so I thought I would bring it up.Hmm. You seem to be getting a bit geeky here.

As for screen size, which screen size is best is down to the end user. If you want a huge screen that is more cumbersome and less pocketable but are happy for this to be a trade off for the larger screen then fine. I personally prefer a smaller device than say the Nexus 5 and the trade off for me is a smaller screen to view videos on etc. To each their own.0
