To be fair we don't know the circumstances that the OP was facing and this seems a legitimate place to post a vent about a company failing to deliver. Very many posts on these forums are about matters more trivial than those problems faced by those losing their homes as some have mentioned, but that doesn't mean that those posts are irrelevant.

To be able to draw conclusions about whether someone is stupid, self-centred or a bad parent is a step too far in my opinion.
