The idea is that you don't use it for withdrawals, which is why the costs are so high. Use it for what its meant for - purchases.0 -
Still really annoyed i cant get even a basic account! My fault i know, but would have thought i'd get a basic account somewhere! Will probably have to wait until the end of 6 years when the defaults expire and bankruptcy gets taken off my credit file. I should be ok then shouldnt i?0

Orange fees: http://cash.orange.co.uk/costs/
With a ffrees account you get a visa card, account number, sort code, the only charge is for withdraw which is 0.75p! No other charges!
You can operate an Orange cashcard completely free of charge quite easily as long as you don't use it for taking cash out at the ATM. Free to set up too, if you pick up the correct form from an EE/Orange shop. There are no fees for purchases, you can top it up for free and it can be free to set up.....hard to see what problem you could have really.''He who takes no offence at anyone either on account of their faults, or on account of his own suspicious thoughts, has knowledge of God and of things devine.''0 -

The big question is.. Loading times..
Can anyone with one of these orange prepaid cards tell me how long it takes to load onto your card if you do an instant bank transfer, or other methods of topping it up??
I also saw an on EWallet one0 -
Is MSE the only website that you are capable of using?
It took me less time to find the answer than you to type the 'big' question.

Seeing as im an o2 customer, ive decided to go with o2 money. Everything is free, apart from withdraws which are £1, but i can transfer from o2 wallet back to my bank account for free.
I received an application from YBS today and am quite surprised to find they only want me to send off a cheque with the application, and no identification copies of passport etc :-s !!!!0 -

They might still need that after they received your application - but if they find you on the Electoral Register, they might not need it.0 -
