I don't know about the OP but a substantial number of individuals did receive multiple 'tickets' over a few day period. Many of these were parents, not familiar with the city, whose children had been admitted to Birmingham Children's Hospital, a major regional hospital catering for children in the Midlands and more widely.
It was/is generally taking 10 days or so before a ticket was received, so it was often not until the their child was discharged that the first of the tickets was received.0 -

Not being local I don't know the area, however I have seen a lot in the press about these, so there does seem to be a problem, hopefully the assessor will come down on the side of the motorist.
We had a similar one here in Liverpool with a bus gate, once in it you had to drive through it to get out, it caught 1000s in the first month. They had to remove it after a few weeks as it was causing mayhem.0 -
See Tir21 - isn't it better to have this all on one thread - it is easier to help you!
With regards to this forum and Pepipoo - this forum specialises more in private parking charges and not penalty council issued ones - which is why you were directed numerous times to go to Pepipoo.
In the light of the bad press regarding this and the recent government statements also slating councils raising excessive funds from parking tickets - this could be good news.0 -
