What stage is your appeal at?

Changing the keeper on your V5 may not stop them seizing your car, the V5 states the keeper, not the owner. Once clamped it may be difficult to prove you sold it, even if it was a legitimate sale. Lets not forget these bailiffs know all the tricks people use to avoid paying.

Is it worth the hassle, if you lose your appeal pay the £60, before it gets out of hand we have seen these things reach stupid amounts.

It's worth doing th Stat Dec, but if that fails, it's best to pay to avoid bailiff action.

It's not about refusing to pay, it's about appealing. You haven't even said what stage you are at and I can't see a new topic from you here:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=30

If you are still in time to appeal but can't be bothered then pay it and stop posting random updates here. We've told you where to get help to appeal it and win.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As C-M says if there is a problem with the PCN or the signs then you can avoid paying. By appealing (properly)
Simply saying you think its wrong, and seeking ways to avoid paying is going to see you in deep dodo!

I haven't actually been there but on GSV the signs look to be compliant. The reason for so many people being caught is probably down to the fact they were entering the area, before the cameras were installed, and since have been caught.

Shall we ask once again, WHAT STAGE IS YOUR APPEAL AT?

The pcn gives an email address to send appeals to. I sent an appeal to this address

Why are you getting bogged down with formal/informal

I've appealed. Isn't that explanatory enough?

No wonder you haven't asked for pepipoo help, they'd give up on you. We are trying to help you! Did you realise that you will get a rejection letter and there will be another stage where you will need specialist help?

Yes. After appeal is rejected you can go to adjudicator. It says that on the pcn

I didnt know there was specialist help needed at that stage though. Thought you just sent the same appeal you sent to the council to the adjudicator
