Can you please not bother replying unless you have anything useful to say

    Thanks

They did have something useful to say, one topic one thread, it actually makes it easier for you, if all the info is in one place.

You may find people not so eager to help if you don't help yourself or reply to helpful members like you have done.

Imagine how many threads would be created if every time a poster asked a question on the same topic they started a new thread?
4consumerrights knew of your other posts so pointed you back to them, what's the problem with that?
  • It is not wise to dish out insult to volunteers who offer their expertise, experience and most of all making us aware that we are not alone.

As esmerobbo suggested it would very useful to have most of the info in one thread which you can refer easily and also makes the helper's job easier moreover opening multiple threads would not be appreciated by any forum.

You could simple offer a token apology, make a truce and draw a line (after all 4consumerrights helped you in your other threads and doesn't deserve this insult).

    Peace!

What is the usual council practice if someone goes in a bus lane multiple times before getting the first pcn?

Was at the tribunal in Birmingham last wednesday and the adjudicator seemed surprised that someone could get 10 pcns over a 3 day period

Are birmingham council really acting differently to other councils in this regard

    Thanks for any reply
  • You keep asking questions on these birmingham bus lanes,
i suggest you go over to pepipoo and ask

And whos favour did the adjudicator find in

Search the forums and work it out yourself. You clearly have no intention of listening to anything.
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

The adjudicator listened to about 20 cases last wednesday and thursday and said he would make a decision within two weeks, which is unusual because I think its usually the case that you get a decision straight away

But I think he wanted to check the locations personally

I'll listen to anyone that has anything helpful to say but I wont listen to those that think they can impose rules on what I can start threads on

Im ok here thanks. Why should I post over there when this board is titled 'parking ticket, fines and parking'?

Why not just tell everyone to post everything here on pepipoo?

Sorry for any confusion, I have tried to merge all the threads I think are on the exact same situation so that all responses can go onto the one thread.
