Just saying, if someone is having trouble charging the phone's battery, then they may struggle using all the phone's other features.

    No, I'm not a politician yet. ;)

Be careful; these are exactly the sort of chargers that you hear of catching on fire.

I got my phone today, its a nice phone, feels great in the hand.

But for some reason it is not connecting to my mobile network? I unlocked the phone no problem and its working on Virgin. I can send and receive calls but the phone is not connecting to the internet.

I dont use wifi at home

I tried going to settings - data usage - mobile data (on/off). I turned it off and then back on again, didnt seem to do anything. I turned phone on/off but it doesnt connect or even appear like its trying to?

I've since opted for 'Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep - Always' (Settings > Wi-Fi > Advanced).
I've had very little change in battery use and now no data being used on wake up.

    Maybe worth a try?
Thanks for the suggestion and I'd certainly like to try.

Unfortunately I can't find Advanced after Wi-Fi. Should I be looking somewhere else? Thanks.
