Rummer... I was eyeing up my lavender in the garden but apparently it has to be harvested in spring/summer when the flowers are flowering and ine is all dying back now.. I just bought some.. dirt cheap but I couldn't visualise how much each weight was so I thought of 500g should cover it.. O...M...G... I have a box, the size of a shoe box FULL of lavender.. my house smells beautiful but OMG!!! How will I EVER use it all up???????????????
What are you planning on making with it all?? I thought I would be too late in the year and my plants were new so I would give them a full year here to settle in, something to think about for next year though Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

            Thank you for the link
Well the ends have been sown and the shawl is currently blocking so I am going to count this as my 5th completed project since joining the thread and it used 4 1/2 balls of yarn
Since starting this challenge I have now used 14 1/2 balls of yarn from my stash :j The pile is shrinking and in it's place are lots of beautiful things
Tomorrow when I have a bit of time I am going to look through the yarn I have remaining (there is a lot ) and decide what I am making from it and in what order. There are a few things that I started to work on that I am going to frog and find new uses for the yarn so lots of thinking and planning to do ) and decide what I am making from it and in what order. I've skim read up until now; it's good to see destashing continues apace, in all sorts of forms. How many words did you destash, Ems, lol? I'll go back and read properly because there are lots of lovely things there. Well done.
Well I had (a little of) today free, so I got back in the groove. Some of you may remember my little yellow ducks and that I'd had an idea about them for my granddaughter. Well, here it is - duckpond bag by r.doctor, on Flickr duckpond bag by r.doctor, on Flickr
I made a little bag. I was going to applique a duck, but then I decided to make use of some of the decorative stitches on my machine.

And, of course I made 5 little ducks and Mummy Duck, quack quack. 5 little ducks went swimming one day by r.doctor, on Flickr 5 little ducks went swimming one day by r.doctor, on Flickr
I need to get cracking and finish a baby quilt and also 2 sets of bunting, for babies who arrived earlier this week. Guess where I'm going right now!
Still catching up..... Adore this xAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or
