It is not the first time i have communicated directly with the directors of a company and been able to effectively benefitted all.

This just comes across as having an inflated sense of self inportance to me. You just seems you can dictate to others how things should be done. It's like you think the world revolves around you. The vast majority of posts here disagree with you but you don't seem to care about that, as you as you get your way that's all you seem to care about.

Thank you for pointing this out to me.

This is not my intention but I'm quite happy with the way things are going . I won't be crying about anything on my way to spend my £30 voucher from Aldi which arrived yesterday.

I dont dictate to anyone what makes you type that
It's like you think the world revolves around you.

I simply share my opinions with others

I try to respond to points people make and I compliment points people make.
I know that in this life you do not get what you deserve , you get what you negotiate.
  • Aldi might come across all nice and caring in their TV adverts but they are still the faceless couldn't care less about customer service discounter from the 80s/90s.

My local store always has queues and only 1 checkout open. 2 if you are lucky but it doesn't last long.

Our local Aldi have 4 check outs, but the operators are usually walking around the store and only 1 check out is open, in which they fling the products past the scanner at such speed I'm surprised they don't whiz off the other end straight onto the floor.

Lidl to accept credit cards in their UK Stores soon, don't forget to apply for your Luma Credit Card with 4% cashback at Lidl.

The secret is to position your trolley in the cut-out at the end of the checkout.
    Just broke, even.

I would like them to answer my concerns about Health and Safety of customers and Staff in Aldi stores.

Whats this about elf and safety ?

To point out to them that Aldi only accept Credit Cards in Scotland , parts of South Wales controlled by Swindon Wiltshire England, and Berwick Upon Tweed.in England This is very very poorly communicated to their customers and staff.

Ive known for years they only accept cash and debit cards in the UK and cash & Credit cards in Scotland and parts of Wales but whats only relevant to me is the UK. And as for Berwick on Tweed it sounds like a nice place to visit especially the Aldi store.

Thats why they are cheap as they dont have the extra cost of paying the fee (amongst other things) for customers to use a credit card, its like the no frills airlines, they are cheap as they are basic and offer a no frills service and I know what to expect

That Aldi have out of date signs in store and on their website and they have no plans to update it at all.

Well its been working for years so why change ?

Not wanting to be Devils advocate , Aldis Credit Card Policy is not clear IMHO.
It is not clear to their staff or customers.
It is not clear on their web site or in store

Aldis response to me since September 20th has not been good
so while I've been waiting for them to respond or act I've taken the opportunity to look at the system Aldi have.

All I have done is seen what they are like as a company and asked more questions. If it was clear no arguments from me at all

Since I have been using this forum and this thread all sorts of other issues about Aldi have emerged.

Next week I will endeavour to initiate real contact with the Directors of Aldi (on the Companys House website) together with Aldi in Germany.

I have a cunning plan which might not work. But while i am polite and ask siomple and fair questions I have nothing to lose and the opportunity to learn more.

It's not vendetta and as i spend a lot of time at the computer it is good entertainment and a distraction from work.

Of course you want to play devils advocate - it's all you've been doing! I'm not aware of a single person who has agreed with your points.

I couldn't care less whether you think it's clear, it is perfectly clear to everyone else. I think Aldi's response to you has been exemplary. If it was my business then you would be blacklisted from contacting me anymore by now!
