My voucher has just arrived.
It's a code that you use on the Amazon website when ordering or you can save it in your account.
DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY DELETE THE VOUCHER WHEN IT ARRIVES !0 -
No sign of my voucher yet... :-(0

Mine and my wife's vouchers have arrived today - redeemed on amazon already!0

I have to say that this promotion has been very badly handled and caused a lot of people worry and for some, disappointment
Can I appeal to MSE (Martin might want to personally guide this?) to avoid a similar fiasco in the future. While these promotions are great to have, if not efficiently handled they can lead to a lot of anxiety for people who are often vulnerable and already have difficulties.0 -

I don't know what the issue is. The offer said the the voucher would be received within three months. It was. If the instructions were followed properly, you received the confirmation email and now the voucher. If they weren't, you didn't.
There was talk that people thought they'd get their voucher before Christmas - what made people think that?0 -
Three months and one day since my sim was activated, never had any email voucher (and I check my junk mail regularly too) I had also been relying on this for Xmas spending & have had to owe my daughter part ofr her Xmas & bday present (thankfully she turned 13 on NYE so is at least old enough to understand), has anyone actually had an joy with this?
My view is it is wrong for anyone to have been put in this position. It was foreseeable that by leaving out mention of a three month wait that an Amazon voucher pre Xmas would entice many more sales than has the advert been upfront about the voucher not arriving until 5th February 2014.
I also think as the deal was not £5/mth and the voucher is effectively being paid for. It was not 'free' therefore TMobile owes everyone on this deal £70 plus the voucher.0 -

The fact that so many people thought the voucher would be received before Xmas suggests there was something about the wording of the advert that led them to think that, I suggest.
What do you think about the fact that according to my research mention of the 3 mth wait for the voucher was not included in the email sent out on 6th November but has now been added to the archived copy on MSE's website?
Does that not suggest that even MSE realises it should have been included, but was not.
I would like to hear from MSE about how the two different versions of the email have come about. Why has mention of 3 mth wait been added to the archive version?
I'm sure anyone who took out this deal can quite easily check back in their inbox to 6th November and see that it was not included in the original advertisement.0 -
I've not received my voucher at all so am very unhappy about this. Also, just because there is mention of the voucher taking up to 3 months, doesn't mean that everyone expects it to take 3 months to the day.0

I can also confirm the wording in the original MSE email doesn't mention 3 month wait:
"Pay '£5/mth', get 500 mins, unlimited texts & 1GB data
- £11/mth but get FREE £70 Amazon voucher makes it equiv '£5/mth'. T-Mobile* charges £11/mth for 500 mins, unltd texts, 1GB data & unltd London Tube wi-fi access. It's a 12mth contract. Yet we've blagged a corking code, MSESIMO (live Wed - Sun), which means you get a £70 Amazon voucher on top (excludes T-Mobile custs). Factor as cash and it's equivalent to £5/mth all in."0
