In fact I had read the full thread before I posted and will repeat my original comment - I have been told different things to what others have posted. I came on here to share views with others who had not received their voucher, not to receive patronising comments and assumptions from others criticising my comments!
You could not have read the thread first as I pointed out all the answers are in the thread and you certainly came on to ask questions as in your post ........

OK, so I am really confused. No voucher here either, so I contacted the voucher company (affiliatewindow). Their reply on 3rd Jan was:

"Vouchers will be sent out directly from Amazon via email within 3 months of purchase. Unfortunately I cannot give you a specific date as to when this will be."

So I emailed Amazon directly and they have just replied with this......
"I've investigated with our team and can confirm that this promotion is not run by Amazon.co.uk. In this case, I recommend you take it back to the point of purchase to with your receipt. i.e MoneySavingExpert.com"

So who is responsible for this, as everyone is saying something different????

You were told the vouchers are sent direct from Amazon in 3 months etc ...You took it upon yourself, and decided to email Amazon to find out where your vouchers were and clearly wrongly implied the promotion must be run by them and MSE ....needless to say after putting Amazon's team to a lot of trouble and being told correctly it's nothing to do with them you decide to muddy things on here.

Your question was ..."So who is responsible for this, as everyone is saying something different??"

So had you read the thread as I pointed out you would have found it is Affiliate Window's and you would also see that they were in the process of ordering from Amazon yesterday.

You would also have realised that no one is saying "something different" as you claim
The vouchers do get sent direct from Amazon and you were told this by Affiliate Windows who are responsible for it

So next time read the thread instead of pretending you did ;)

• Why is it that Affiliate Window are replying to some people and not others? I have emailed this Oliver guy four times now and no reply... also emailed MSE and someone promptly came back to me saying that I should receive my vouchers within 3 months but still not had any confirmation that my order was actually properly registered (and I didn't receive any confirmation when I ordered - am hoping it went into Junk).

Why WHy WHY MSE is this being so badly handled???????? It's a nightmare! No-one is taking any responsibility, we've got people on this forum who don't know whether they are going to be receiving their vouchers or not, some who have been responded to, others (ME!) completely ignored... the only reason I have no totally lost my mind is because - thanks to this thread - I realise i'm not the only one in this situation.

Really, this isn't good enough. Please can someone from MSE respond?

If you didn't get the confirmation screen when you placed the order I wouldn't have thought you have much chance as from what I've seen it was the only confirmation you would have recieved.

Why not wait untill the vouchers have been sent out and if you get them it's a bonus which is how it works with all the cashback deals

Hi guys,

The Amazon voucher takes three months to arrive. We've been in touch with Affiliate Window, who are running the deal, and they confirmed vouchers will be sent by 6 Feb, so you can expect them next week.

If
you haven't received your voucher after that, please email

tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com

Thanks

• I finally got a response and am pleased to discover I'm on the list to get the vouchers. I had emailed Oliver but a guy called William got back to me - he might be worth a try?

I spoke to Oliver at Affiliate Window and he said it works for T Mobile so misleading to say it is 'running' the deal - no T Mobile is since it is paying Affiliate Window. As this deal was marked with an asterisk MSE is taking a cut of payment for signing up customers. Both are working for T Mobile.

The deal advertised on 6th November was repeated on 24th December. Strange how the terms changed. In November it said pay £5/mth 'free' £70 Amazon voucher. In December it said pay £11/mth Amazon voucher £70 but not advertised as 'free'. Same deal, different advertisements.

If you took out this deal on 6th November I would complain to T Mobile that is was misleading advertising. The voucher was advertised as 'free' but it was not as to take out the deal the customer had to pay £11/mth not the advertised £5/mth. The voucher was advertised as free so you want a £70 refund.

If TMobile says no, try CISAS or Trading Standards. There is another thread about how to complain to CISAS concerning a different TMobile problem.

The worse thing about this deal was the timing and an 'Amazon' voucher. Obviously people trying to afford Xmas thought it was £70 cash for Christmas. Really sad con of an advert IMO. By 24th December MSE was at least saying the voucher comes in 3 months but it's not so time critical.
• I also think it is not true that nobody knows the date when the voucher will be sent. From the start it was always going to be a few days before 6th February but by not stating that clearly it left a lot of people to think they would have the voucher in time for Christmas.
• Hi all. I just had an email reply about this from Oliver. Looks like we should get the vouchers imminently. See email below...

Hi,
Thanks for contatcting.
I’m currently working closely with Amazon to get the vouchers away this week.
Best,
Oliver
• Three months and one day since my sim was activated, never had any email voucher (and I check my junk mail regularly too) I had also been relying on this for Xmas spending & have had to owe my daughter part ofr her Xmas & bday present (thankfully she turned 13 on NYE so is at least old enough to understand), has anyone actually had an joy with this?

Thank you for someone from MSE actually replying to us!!!

And also thanks to someone above suggesting another name to contact at Affiliate Windows (I have politely emailed them now six times with NO response, despite having sent emails to numerous email addresses, which I know work because people on this forum have had positive responses. I would highly recommend that MSE sever ties with this organisation as I have found this whole situation to be a complete fiasco.)

I image what has happened is - through no fault of my own - I am not on their list, hence the radio silence.

Oh well, it's the 6th February so I guess I should find out soon enough.
