  • I've emailed : tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com and oliver.johnson@affiliatewindow.com three times now and not had a reply... getting very frustrated by the complete disorganisation of this and very concerned i've been duped. I'm still waiting for my iPhone handset to be unlocked (moved from Orange to T-mobile specifically to take advantage of this £70 Amazon voucher deal, and it has taken weeks) so feeling very ANNOYED!

    Just wondering if anyone has received a voucher. I've had several emails from the mysterious Oliver assuring me that the vouchers will be sent out but he is very vague about actual dates.
    This really is beginning to sound like a scam. Surely we have some rights here to claim against this misleading promotion?

    It's not 3 months yet. There's nothing to indicate this is any kind of scam.

    I too am waiting for my voucher. I took the precaution of confirming with a T-Mobile representative that this was a genuine offer before I signed up, and have that online chat recorded, so at least I can take it up with TMobile if nothing is forthcoming in the next two weeks.

    I am into 3rd month of my contract and no vouchers.
    No reply from tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com and oliver.johnson@affiliatewindow.com.

    Finally got reply

    "This promotion went live on 6th November, and the 3 months is therefore up on 6th Feb. Your voucher should be with you before this date."

    I would wait till 6th and see what happens :)

    I emailed them today, and got a very prompt and reassuring reply from them - from Alexia Taylor, who advises they are preparing the vouchers, and asked for my order number so she can advise when I might expect the voucher.
  • I just got this reply from Oliver Johnson at 20:09 tonight....
