The Amazon voucher takes three months to arrive. We've been in touch with Affiliate Window, who are running the deal and they have confirmed that vouchers will be sent by 6 Feb.
If you haven't received your voucher after that, please email Affiliate Window at tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com

Hi Did you get an answer to this? I have just taken the same offer, got the same email but TMobile staff say they know nothing about it and there is nothing in place to notify Amazon that the contract has been set. Worryingly the email address provided in the email doesnt work

Hi - is this offer a scam??? I have received my SIM card, and an email - however, as mentioned already, the tmobile paperwork does not marry up with this £70 Amazon voucher deal. And if this is a scam, how did it make it onto this excellent website?? thanks for your attention, Neil0

I too signed up for this sim only plan - I was hoping to get the Amazon voucher for Xmas spending.
I did capture the screen when placing the order. It does say to email tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com if you have any questions.
I'll subscribe to this thread, and post when I hear anything.0 -
Have also emailed Tmobile vouchers and I'm hoping to get some form of response from them, otherwise I will have to call them regarding this.
I spoke to 3 different T-mobile advisors and they said it was nothing to do with them, I spoke to Amazon again 3 different departments and they said they hadn't heard about it at all.
So it looks like it has to be Voucherwindow.com/affiliatewindow.com that is dealing with this. If not then we have somehow been duped, and there's no way I'm taking out a contract if i'm not getting the correct deal. I would like someone from moneysavingexpert to look into this as it was them who told us about it, and their name is in within the offer.
I will update here when I receive a response.
Cheers

I have just checked my spam folder and don't appear to have an email from Affiliate Window/Voucher Window. I've only gotten three emails from T-Mobile.
So T-Mobile have accepted my order and the first £11 bill has been advised.
I'm not sure if this can be cancelled if the referrer doesn't honour the £70 Amazon voucher.
I've emailed Voucher Window, but currently this doesn't seem to be very good :-(0 -
I am also a little concerned about this... It would appear we have no one to contact to receive more information on this.
I hope someone on MoneySavingExpert can confirm that we will indeed receive our vouchers.
Good luck everyone!0 -
Me to! I trusted the offer as it said it was 'MSE blagged' and was planning to use the voucher for my Christmas shopping.
I emailed tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com a few days ago and have had no reply. Have telephoned T-Mobile and they say it has nothing to do with them.
Has anyone else had a reply yet?
The positive is my reception and 3G are now much much better than on my old Tesco Mobile contract!0
