I have had a response!
'Unfortunately we’re unable to provide an accurate date for when the voucher will be dispatched. However, I can advise that vouchers will be dispatched on successfully connected orders, most likely in the new year, within 3 months from purchase.

well... so much for it being in time for Xmas0

I have been on the contract for two weeks now - 7 days past the cooling off period where I could have cancelled it. I guess that isn't that long for them to seek confirmation from T-Mobile. However from the way that email response is worded it is sounding like we will not get our vouchers till after Christmas. I don't see why it takes so long to send a voucher by email?
I feel as though this offer has targeted us knowing we will need the voucher for Christmas shopping and there may be no intention to send it out before Christmas.
It is not knowing that is frustrating - do I start my Christmas shopping without it or will it turn up in time? I hate doing the shopping last minute as panic buying usually results in spending more on rubbish things!
Also I am looking for ideas on Amazon - filling my basket/wishlist in the hope the voucher will turn up - is this a clever ploy by Amazon to hope I then end up just buying all my pressies from them anyway without the voucher!?0 -

Thanks ergohogg, I emailed after I saw your post and have done the same and received a response. Only thing is where did you find your order number, I can't see it in any of the emails???0

I don't think you will get it before Christmas its in the terms that its with-in 3mths even when you buy things through cash back you have to wait up to 3mths to get the cash
Hope you all get it quick would be nice to use for Christmas but don't rely on it.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0 -
currently emailing back and forth with them, I have the conf email and used the code via MSE etc etc but....after emailing them today to confirm when I'll get the voucher - they are saying i'm not eligible!!!! --- NOT HAPPY but waiting on reply...0

The latest response. I forwarded my T mobile web sales order which had the order reference number in to Oliver Johnson and received this reply.
Thanks for forwarding your order number through Jason.
I can confirm that your order has successful tracked into the system. Your voucher will therefore be dispatched once we receive confirmation that your SIM has successfully connected. Unfortunately I can’t advise a specific date for when this will occur, however would say it will most likely be in the new year, within 3 months from purchase.

Again not sure why it would take so long for confirmation that the sim is active but there we go.
So I would recommend that you email either oliver.johnson@affiliatewindow.com or tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com
with your order number which you would have received online when you signed up for the contract. At least you know then it will have been looked into, nice to know that it's on its way… even if it takes a few months.
Hope this helps
Good luck0 -
No mention of vouchers in any correspondence, phoned T Mobile today they were unaware of the situation and said to take it up with MSE.
Thankfully I found this thread!
I have emailed the addresses (kindly provided in this thread) with my order number and now all I can do is wait for a response.
I was feeling quite disappointed as I left GiffGaff for this offer and then regretted my decision when T Mobile seemed to know nothing about it.
When I asked them to cancel my contract they told me it will cost £110 if I remember correctly...that's completely pointless. It's very nearly the cost of the whole contract itself.0 -
The reason T Mobile will not know about this offer is because it is through Affiliate Window. A bit like going through Quidco or TCB, or a third party mobile phone provider. The network will not pay out the cashback, or even necessarily know about the offer. As in the email that the OP posted, the voucher will follow within 3 months. When I asked them to cancel my contract they told me it will cost £110 if I remember correctly...that's completely pointless. It's very nearly the cost of the whole contract itself.
This is standard. You've commited to pay £x per month to them, so they are not going to let you leave on the cheap. Usually it's the remaining months left on the contract x monthly cost, but some networks will take off the equivalent to the VAT amount.0
