Me to! I trusted the offer as it said it was 'MSE blagged' and was planning to use the voucher for my Christmas shopping.

I emailed tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com a few days ago and have had no reply. Have telephoned T-Mobile and they say it has nothing to do with them.

Has anyone else had a reply yet?

The positive is my reception and 3G are now much much better than on my old Tesco Mobile contract!

Great post laser23... the reception is much better for me too! Well done!

• I am joining this for the first time as I have done what everyone else has done. I bought this deal because it was through Martins Money so presumed it was genuine. I can't get any answers from anyone except " we don't know anything about this"
MARTIN LEWIS PLEASE HELP!!!! I have the new sim and contract and really want the £70 Amazon vouchers
• Well I still haven't heard anything back yet, So i have just phoned affiliate window.com and supposedly the person who I have just spoken to is trying to track down the relevant person who would be dealing with this query as they are a pretty large company. I should have a call back hopefully sooner rather than later about what is going on.

I will update you when I have been given a response.

• Well I hadn't had a call back as of yet. Not sure what time they closed today maybe I should have asked. So I'll give it another go tomorrow, The numbers there in my above post if anyone else wants to also give it a go. Or someone could try get in touch with someone at MSE. Tried sending an email but again it's not had a response.

Surely they have a contact number or complains email to get them to notice this (MSE)
• Also add a post here if you have taken up this offer just so MSE know they have a slight issue on their hands, isn't quite right is it.

What exactly is the problem ?
You don't seem to have said
It's not just about the money
• Yep me too, have sim and emails but no voucher. My email does state that the offer is only valid if taken up via MSE. Been lingering to see if anyone else had any luck, so thanks for starting this thread and investigating guys :)
• Hi,

I too have taken out this contract because of the £70 Voucher. I have the email as well but could we ask an MSE member to please pass this on to Martin Lewis as it needs to be checked.

How can we track the information?

If this is a scam to get customers then it would end up doing a lot of damage to MSE and the faith of many loyal MSE followers.
Please get us an update or some form of information if it is valid.

Thank you.
• ***** Update *****
I emailed tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com and it didn't bounce so I waited. In an hour I had a response from one of their people clarifying the terms and asking for my order number so they could check the tracking. As I write this just had a response saying my tracking through MSE is good...
Now just the wait.

Regards..
• Nice good to see someone has had a positive response.

I just had an email not long ago.

Maybe they hadn't understood that I had taken out the deal, although did state this. So I have responded and waiting a reply.
