OK, so I am really confused. No voucher here either, so I contacted the voucher company (affiliatewindow). Their reply on 3rd Jan was:
"Vouchers will be sent out directly from Amazon via email within 3 months of purchase. Unfortunately I cannot give you a specific date as to when this will be."
So I emailed Amazon directly and they have just replied with this......
"I've investigated with our team and can confirm that this promotion is not run by Amazon.co.uk. In this case, I recommend you take it back to the point of purchase to with your receipt. i.e MoneySavingExpert.com"
So who is responsible for this, as everyone is saying something different????0 -
Er yes....that's what I meant about everyone saying different things. The voucher people told me to contact Amazon directly. Didn't you read my post?0

Nobody said anything about Amazon running the offer so no idea where you get that idea fromIt's not just about the money0 -
If you have a useful reply it would be much appreciated.0

You have to allow at least 3 months for the vouchers to arrive
The company running the offer is Affiliate Window
Oliver from Affiliate has emailed to say that the vouchers have been ordered and are due to be sent out by Amazon on the 6th of Feb
Today is the 28th of Jan so you still have a few days to wait
Is there anything you don't understand ?It's not just about the money0 -
The fact that a different person at affiliate window told me the vouchers are being sent directly via Amazon but Amazon know nothing about the deal?? Do you have to be so rude by the way?0
-
And the voucher is due within 3 months, not at least 3 months.0

In fact I had read the full thread before I posted and will repeat my original comment - I have been told different things to what others have posted. I came on here to share views with others who had not received their voucher, not to receive patronising comments and assumptions from others criticising my comments!0
