The last response I had said voucher would be with me no later than 5th of February... so already a day late.
I took the contract out on November 6th so fingers crossed it turns up today!
If people are getting no response by email I have managed to get through and speak to someone on this phone number before...

Will be ringing tomorrow if it doesn't turn up today!0 -
It seems very likely that something is amiss.
Like many, I took out the contract on 6 November. I did receive the voucher email and I have had emails from Affiliate Window confirming that my voucher is being processed. However, the last one was over 2 weeks ago.
I have emailed this morning to state that, by my calculation, the 3 month deadline (their term) has passed or will expire today. So far, no response.
If I do not receive the voucher today (by which time the deadline will definitely have passed) then I propose cancelling my T Mobile contract and claiming a refund not only of the contractual amounts left to pay but also of the payments made already. I would not have entered into the contract were it not for the offer. However, I would advise against cancelling direct debits until resolved.
I may be jumping the gun here but it does seem, to me at least, that something has gone wrong.
MSE really should be getting involved more - the offer was advertised through this site after all. If MSE is actually doing something then I apologise.0 -
Hi guys,
As mentioned, the Amazon voucher takes three months to arrive. We've been liaising with the company, which assured us vouchers will be sent by the today's deadline.
It's just updated us that the vouchers should be emailed by Amazon by 4pm.
If you don't get your voucher today, please email
tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com
Thanks

Thank you.
However, I had an earlier conversation with Affiliate Window. Apparently, mine had "slipped through the net" despite being emailed over 2 weeks ago when it was confirmed that my order was processed successfully. The upshot of my earlier conversation was that mine might take a while longer due to issues to be resolved with EE/T Mobile.
I made it very clear that this is/was unacceptable. The consequences are as stated in my post above. All parties will be joined in - Affiliate Window, T Mobile/EE and MSE should I not receive the voucher today.0 -

As mentioned, the Amazon voucher takes three months to arrive.
Where was this mentioned?
Checking old emails via MSE's website the advertisement from 6th November reads as Hi Jen says
Pay '£5/mth', get 500 mins, unlimited texts & 1GB data
- £11/mth but get FREE £70 Amazon voucher makes it equiv '£5/mth'. T-Mobile* charges £11/mth for 500 mins, unltd texts, 1GB data & unltd London Tube wi-fi access. It's a 12mth contract. Yet we've blagged a corking code, MSESIMO (live Wed - Mon), which means you get a £70 Amazon voucher on top (takes 3 mths to arrive) - excludes T-Mobile custs. Factor as cash and it's equivalent to £5/mth all in.
So we were all told it would take 3 mths to arrive as Hi Jen says.
But ..... how could so many people be mistaken that the voucher would arrive in time for Christmas?
Because, checking back to the original email in my inbox sent 6th November, MSE has added '(takes 3 mths to arrive)' to the archived website copy of its email. The 3 mths to arrive never appeared in the original email which read
Pay '£5/mth', get 500 mins, unlimited texts & 1GB data
£11/mth but get FREE £70 Amazon voucher makes it equiv '£5/mth'. T-Mobile* charges £11/mth for 500 mins, unltd texts, 1GB data & unltd London Tube wi-fi access. It's a 12mth contract. Yet we've blagged a corking code, MSESIMO (live Wed - Sun), which means you get a £70 Amazon voucher on top (excludes T-Mobile custs). Factor as cash and it's equivalent to £5/mth all in.
Who at MSE has altered the terms of the original advertisement to make it look like when the voucher would arrive was made clear?0 -
It *was* in the confirmation email, so anyone should have known about it as soon as they took the contract out. I can't find the offer email so can't comment on that.0
