it seems that affiliate window have had some problems with tracking of some T-Mobile connection for Amazon voucher; I telephoned them and confirmed had got email from "vouchercode" with 3 months blah blah.
She asked for T-Mobile order ref number on t-Mobile welcome email, from this she could find my details on "external reports" and will now process £70 amazon voucher as below.

"Thanks for contacting and apologies for not getting back to you earlier.
Even though your order has not tracked in our system, we have found you order number in our external reports and can therefore confirm that you are entitled to a £70 Amazon voucher.
This will be sent across to you as soon as we can. We will now query your voucher through with Amazon and they will issue and send it out to you. Unfortunately, I cannot give you an exact date but you can be assured that we are working to get this sent across ASAP.
    We appreciate your patience."

Ignore the psychology about whether or not you are entitled to a voucher. Ignore rubbish about tracking. You have already paid for the voucher, it is already yours. You have had to wait 3 months but if you took out this deal it is not a case of whether or not you receive a voucher. It is already yours. Not to supply it is theft.

If you don't receive the voucher then you want a refund of £70 as you have paid for the voucher.

For any extreme consumer champions -

MSE said the voucher was 'FREE'. It should not be charging for it in my view, which it is. Imagine if a shop gave you something 'FREE' then charged you for it. This is what has happened with this deal.

I also got my voucher today. Actually they sent it yesterday but it went into the same folder my Amazon emails go to. Sadly I ordered an SSD from Amazon yesterday without realising I could have used the voucher, but I'm just pleased it finally arrived.
  • My partner and I switched networks via the MSE link - we received the confirmation email from affiliate window but no vouchers.
We have spent the last 3 days emailing (the general address in the email and 2 named individuals at affiliate window) and have been promised the vouchers but none arrived so far. We've been asked to provide reference numbers of the web-sale - but still nothing.
We wouldn't have done it if it if the deal had not been 'MSE blagged' - we felt this meant it was safe! Not sure what is worse - not getting the vouchers, or feeling foolish that we trusted this deal!
MSE - do you think there is any point in continuing to chase this company, or should we just accept we've been foolish?

Just to advise that my code arrived last Thursday - though did have to email Oliver initially when I placed the order.

I too took this deal out on the 7th Nov and have not yet received a voucher. I have waited over three months and have the confirmation email saved. I have emailed Oliver, Tmobile vouchers and Voucher window. None have replied, please can anyone suggest alternatives to get my voucher. Speaking with T Mobile today they suggested that MSE would send the voucher?!?Thanks
  • If you have a Twitter account you could tweet @martinslewis which is the account of Martin Lewis who sold you this deal and ask for your voucher.

If MSE receives commission from T Mobile for every sale but not all customers receive a voucher then my view is it is fraud.

ML has retweeted today about someone using their £70 voucher courtesy of him so he is going out of his way to promote this deal. Customers without their voucher posting on this thread have been ignored so why not try Twitter instead?

According to Twitter the person who used a voucher from his phone deal courtesy of Martin Lewis is a police officer - ha ha. His twitter account is @heartbeatbobby

If you are on Twitter you could tweet both.

    Let us know what happens.
  • Hi just to let you know I received the voucher with help from Oliver Johnson. He just needed my 7 digit web order number beginning with 4, was quick to reply to my emails and sorted this out.
Thanks Oliver ( if you are reading this )
  • Hi....I ordered my 12 month t-mobile SIM card last November, with the promise of a £70 amazon gift card. So...the gift card hasn't been sent, so I rang t mobile. The chap I spoke to had never heard of such a deal! Iv email the affiliate email address that someone provided. The only thing worrying me, is that I lost the letter that the SIM card came with, so now I have no voucher code number. Help anyone? Thank you.
  • It's nearly April & I got my confirmation email on 6th nov. I still haven't recieved my voucher!
Have just emailed as a reply to the original confirmation email after reading this thread.
    Fingers crossed!
    Not happy though!
