Hi, Just wanted to say, I didn't get an email when I first registered, so I was not hopeful after reading all the posts here. Anyway I sent out an email this afternoon to the address tmobilevouchers@affiliatewindow.com as per MSE Jenny's post, and 2 hours later, I had a Amazon Voucher Code in my Inbox. Thanks very much.0

Good, as it should be. Anyone who took out this offer has PAID for the voucher. Yes, PAID for it.
The deal was £5/mth. The actual charge is £11/mth because you are PAYING for the voucher that came with the deal.
As it was said to be 'FREE' there is justification in asking TMobile for £70 plus the voucher.
Definitely anyone who took out this deal irrespective of tracking MUST receive the voucher because they have PAID FOR IT!!!
Advertised price - £5/mth over 12 months - £60
Actually charged £11/mth over 12 months - £132
The difference - £72 - in other words the amount required to pay for the voucher.
Not to receive the voucher is theft.0 -
Yay - received finally!! Panic over...0

I haven't received my voucher.
I have been in touch with alexia.taylor@affiliatewindow.com since 17th Jan and have now complained to her and to the original e-mail address that was given about how they haven't honoured their terms and conditions.
I am very unhappy with this 'deal'. as others have said, the three month window only came to light *after* purchasing the SIM, and, for most people, the time frame has *NOT* been honoured.0 -
Well, I couldn't believe it when I logged into my emails to see that I had received my £70 Amazon voucher! :j Am obviously really really relieved for myself and all the other people who were in my position of not knowing.
However, I think - as many have said - that this has been handled extremely poorly. The fact that no-one at Affiliate Windows replied to me (I sent six polite emails - how rude is that?!), the fact that no-one was told it would take three months to arrive, the fact - like someone pointed out above - that it took 3 months practically to the day to arrive as well!!!! Well, not great, is it?
Anyway, hopefully MSE will have learnt their lesson and will honour the deal for everyone who has commented on this forum, and cut ties with Affiliate Windows (apologies if it's not their fault but it sounds like it might well be...)
But what I think really sucks is that there will be people who did not find this thread and will have subsequently lost out because of the poor management of this deal. I really didn't know what to do before I found this thread!

it seems that affiliate window have had some problems with tracking of some T-Mobile connection for Amazon voucher; I telephoned them and confirmed had got email from "vouchercode" with 3 months blah blah.
She asked for T-Mobile order ref number on t-Mobile welcome email, from this she could find my details on "external reports" and will now process £70 amazon voucher as below.
"Thanks for contacting and apologies for not getting back to you earlier.
Even though your order has not tracked in our system, we have found you order number in our external reports and can therefore confirm that you are entitled to a £70 Amazon voucher.
This will be sent across to you as soon as we can. We will now query your voucher through with Amazon and they will issue and send it out to you. Unfortunately, I cannot give you an exact date but you can be assured that we are working to get this sent across ASAP.
We appreciate your patience."0 -
Alexia Taylor is telling me that she sent the voucher yesterday at 16:00
(Previously we were told that Amazon sends the vouchers out...!?!?)
I sent her a screen shot of my spam box to show that I have not received it, as she suggested that it would be there if it wasn't in my inbox. If they really did send it out yesterday, and it is simply a code that one inputs on the Amazon site then what is to stop them re-sending the code. It's not as if I can use it twice.
No, there's something very fishy going on.0 -
PS, peoples... seeing as how they didn't stick to their end of the bargain, for those of you who haven't received the voucher within three months of purchase, why not ask for an increase in the value of said voucher; I have.0
