I'm afraid that all the talk about Wiggywoo's mother abducting Wiglet and getting custody of him has been too much for Wiggy :( She hasn't posted since those posts.

Just let us know, when you can, Wiggy, that everything is okay x

Actually, the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (aka POFA - the same law mentioned a lot on our Parking board) amended the Protection from Harassment Act to add a tort of harassment - this means that wiggy and her solicitor could bring a civil action against her mother and sister if they disobey.

Could you provide a citation for that, please? Cannot find it in the POFA.

Stalking was added, tort of harassment was already there.

  • Hi I'm ok, must say those posts theorising on situations did not help, that's not going to happen and I don't need to hear it. This isn't a film, it's real life.

Police are asking about texts and the stuff they dropped last time, so going to reply. Women's aid simply said call us. Haven't got Dr letter yet as needing to sell some items for that money and someone came to look at highchair but decided he didn't want it. Idiot! I'm going to contact the law people now and explain dr situation and why I haven't contacted them since they asked for letter.

Otherwise, its been ok, finding money is tighter closer it gets to Christmas even though all gifts are bought. Just seems to need an endless pot! Thank you for your kind wishes.
Up and onwards to the future!

  • Glad you are OK Wiggy. Definitely thought the theories would upset and unnerve you, which you dont need at the moment. Just try and focus on having a nice Xmas, just you and Wiglet. Has he seen his Dad again since the last visit? xx

Glad to hear your ok, I hope those post did not upset you too much, I think they were very thoughtless, I am very sure you have your head screwed on the right way and you know how to stay safe with wiglet.
Have a smashing christmas, I hope things stay quiet for you so you can relax and enjoy it with your son.

Call Women's Aid Wiggy-They may be able to help with the money for the doctor's letter once they get involved.
