I agree, Birdie, however, I'd be trying to talk to his Dad and making sure he's doing the right things with regards to the benefit system laws, and giving him a chance to sort any discrepancies out, not just shopping him straight away.

After all, we don't want wiglet to lose contact with his dad because wiggy's become a stuckach, now do we? It might make his dad stay away forever, or at least until wiglet turns 16.

Excuse me? When did I mention benefits? You don't know me, pal, move along!
Up and onwards to the future!

    Xmas Saver!
i would def say go down the court route for dad to get access, from someone who has been there (was dragged through by DDs dad) - he had/has never seen her, yet when she was 8 he remembered he had a daughter...

Long story, lot of stress, and he still hasn't seen her, he has basicially dropped her as soon as it all wentthrough

thou I am aware that they have mediation now before any court proceedings, you have to put you and little one first xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

Woohoo go wiggy, this one sentence alone shows much your confidence has grown. I don't believe you would've said boo to the proverbial goose back at the beginning would you?

    Keep it up xxxx

Hmm, I think you just lost a bit of my sympathy with that.

Never mind. Just tell me to 'move along' too.

I'm sorry wiggy but it was birdie post 583 that mentioned benefits and I think mothballs has just picked it from that post. If he has not read the whole thread or didn't take it all in, it was an easy mistake to make.
Treat other's how you like to be treated.

She doesn't need sympathy, LandyAndy - just some acknowledgement that she is growing a backbone instead of a wishbone!

She is becoming the person she needs to be! Way to go, Wiggywoo! xx

I do think you may have taken Mothball's post out of context Wiggy; for some reason they dragged up my post from 6 months ago which was a comment about Wiglet's Dad's dad and your worries about him abusing his benefits, nothing to do with your benefits!

Hope you're all doing well :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Birdie's explained it here - I was catching up on your thread, saw their post to you, and commented 6+ months later, and commented in all the wrong ways.

If you want me to delete the post, just say, and I'll remove it.
