  • Hi all,

Just wanted to say that i received £149 back yesterday, after 4 months of paying,so i guess i was lucky or maybe is not a scam
  • Hi
I've just been caught out with this scam advertising under Ultra Keytone System for raspberry ketone blast and cleanse extreme ( advertised on the AOL website). If it helps anybody the contact no is 02033 566290. It takes ages and they try the 'I cant find your account under your phone number / email address / name etc. but persist and eventually they will cancel the subscription.
HI, Thank you very much for posting this, I spent 2 hours on phone tonight trying to find right company that had scammed me and number you left was the correct company and they have cancelled it (hopefully) received confirmation email and reference number. Think Terms and conditions will be getting read from now on. Thanks
  • I fell for this too via facebook on 25 MAY. £153.95 and £1.99 were taken out of my account by labnutra. All my bank could do was stop further payments. I took the rebate route. I send the rebate form on 1May. I received a rebate cheque today....17 SEPT for 245 dollars.

Btw, the rma number is the order number on top of the bottle of capsules. The number i rang was 08004046960, 8004046960 from a mobile. I tried the raspberry keytone fresh capsules. Surprise surprise- they didnt work. For those of you who have been scammed by this company, be patient. It took 4 months but i did get my money back!
  • It took 6 months not 4!
  • This company Arc Labs Inc also know as Beach Labs Inc is attempting to hide it's T&C's when ordering catching a lot of people out, it's not free - you pay the P&P giving them your card details.
If you don't cancel within 14 days & return the products they then charge you the full amount for the products - a scam but a legal one apparently.
They never charge you over £100 per transaction as this keeps the 'Trading standards away' as they don't enforce below this amount?(Needs confirmation as this may be hearsay)

The Natwest Fraud are not interested as you have entered into a legally binding contract - Unsure on other banks.

To cancel you have to ring the company on: 020 3014 4035
(A Virtual Call Centre in the U.S) they will give you a RMA number to return the items - They give you a return address of:

    PO BOX 13511
    LINLITHGOW
    WEST LOTHIAN
    EH49 7YH

This PO BOX number belongs to:

    Phytoscience LTD
    Mailing House
    Mill Road Industrial Estate
    Linlithgow
    West Lothians
    EH49 7SF

    Tel: 01506 847040

Who I believe is behind the scenes so just for reference purposes here are the details I have found.

    Directors:

    Dr Clive Cannon
    Mr Christopher Bertram Graindorge Swainson
    Mr Douglas Russell Banks Forman
    Mr James Douglas Anderson
    Mr John Bede Morse
    Mr Roderick John Livingstone

    They also control the following:

    Phytoscience Ltd: 0044 (0)1506 847040
    Phytoscience (europe) Ltd: 0044 (0)1506 848961
    PPF Shipping Ltd: 0044 (0)1506 848963
    Magnetic Therapy Ltd: 0044 (0)1506 848967
    NaturalWoman: 0044 (0)1506 845762
    Natural Figure: 0044 (0)1506 848960
    Scruff MacDuff: 0044 (0)1506 848966
    IKOVE: 0044 (0)1506 848962
    Brainchild: 0044 (0)1506 846931

When speaking with Phytoscience Ltd they told me that they are only the shipper for Raspberry Ketone / Cleanse Extrem and cannot supply any contacts details for either product only contact numbers as they did not know them.

My question is why would you deal with a company not knowing the contact details ?? Alarm bells !!

What baffles me is why Raspberry Ketone / Cleanse Extrem gives there address as:

Conference House, 152 Morrison Street, The Exchange, Edinburgh, EH3 8EB

    Tel: 01312006000

When speaking with Cleanse Extrem (A Virtual Call Centre) they were telling me it was there Head Office - Strange !!

On another call Cleanse Extrem (The Virtual Call Centre) they told me the address was in fact for the manufacturing plant !!

The building is owned and run by Regus which have no knowledge of this company being based at there offices in Edinburgh.

I believe Regus to be an innocent victim of this scam.

There are other avenues I'm currently investigating but so far this is also connected to scams in the London, Finchley area. It's become apparent that the above PO BOX number has been used in connection with various other scams of this nature, even down to rent scams, enforcement warrants being faked.

Read & come to your own conclusion but when speaking with Phytoscience Ltd (Pascal) he was very evasive in his answers.

All I wanted was to get the money returned to me and now I'm going to make it my mission to pursue these people.

I enjoyed "Graindorge" and "Bede" as middle names.

Impressive digging. If only the same level of care was taken on reading T&Cs........
  • hi there, I have also had this happen to me and I've tried my hardest to cancel it but they are still withdrawing money from my bank. if I cancel my card and get a new one will it stop? or is that too good to be true..
  • My daughter wanted to try this 'free trial' after seeing it on FB and stupidly I agreed to pay the P&P on my debit card. I received the confirmation emails for the two products and spotted that I would be charged for the trial and more deliveries until I cancelled. I emailed and cancelled the trial within ten minutes but received no replies. This was at 17:30 Wednesday. Next morning I went to my bank before any money had been taken by them, withdrew my money, cancelled my card and closed my account. The pills arrived the next day. Does anyone know if I've been to quick for them and I have nothing to worry about as far as losing money is concerned, and should I not bother returning their product? Thanks in advance.

    Here's an idea...

Why don't you tell your bank to allow no further payments to this company?
