Also can I ask anyone if there willing to help me out prove that there website are fruad to let me know.
    That will be difficult.

I do not believe it to be fraud.

These sellers are certainly trying to extract money by dubious means, but if you had read carefully all the information they put in front of you before you agreed to join their subscription programme, you wouldn't be in this situation.

It's incredibly difficult to get a website taken down (think of ThePirateBay for instance). This company appears to use multiple very similar websites so even if all the existing ones were taken down others would be sure to appear. You've as much chance of stopping spam as you have of getting this mob taken offline. Cut your losses.

Incidentally they had a five minute slot on Watchdog a couple of weeks back.

Sorry but how is it not fraud?
If you don't even get your product and they take money out your account without asking thats fraud.
If you send the products back and you cancel it and they still take money out your account thats fraud.
There Terms are a load of Sh*t they don't even follow there own terms.
And when you try and cancel they don't bother. It's a Scam!

And who exactly is going to do that? Even the big guns of the MPAA and RIAA have failed to get TPB taken off the web. Sure they've got a lot of countries to force ISPs to block access but a simple proxy or one of the miriad mirror sites defeats that strategy. Megaupload was taken down but there are hundreds of other file hosting sites. The web is still full of kiddy fiddler material (600 pervs knicked for downloading stuff just last week). There is NO effective way of policing the internet. It's the Wild West out there.

Ah... you didn't tell us earlier that they had not supplied the goods.

As you haven't received the goods, you cannot possibly have sent them back. So how can you know that "they still take the money"?

So you don't like their terms.
The time to come to that conclusion is before you sign up to an ongoing subscription and authorise the Continuous Payment Authority.

I called them up and the man (Who always picks up) said they shipped it... and I have to wait for the product and then I can send it back, and then they can cancel my trail... *Lie's*
I know I'm not going to get the product it even states they send it first class royal mail... I should of got it by now if thats the case.
I know for sure there take money, as people have stated in this forum its happened to them even after canceling.

What makes you think he is lieing?
His explanation sounds perfectly reasonable to me.

Did they say they sent it instantly then?

Ahh... "anonymous people on an internet forum told me so".

I suspect those people did not follow the cancellation process properly.

Yes these companies do make it difficult for their customers to cancel, but you can read posts on this thread and others indication that people are getting refunds... maybe less a few pounds admin fee.

Remember, if the goods do fail to turn up then your card issuer should provide a refund under their chargeback scheme.
Your card issuer will probably need proof that you have cancelled though.

IMO there is no fraud in the legal sense. It's a scam though for sure. They rely on adverts and other websites that say it's a free trial linking to one of their sites and the T&C only have a tiny link to them at the bottom of the page.

Well done to all who really do read every T&C that is presented and don't just tick a box agreeing with them to proceeed.

I got caught but found this or one of the other threads on here on this topic while researching just what the stuff was soon after placing a "free trial" order so I knew well before anything arrived that this was a scam. I followed the T&C to the letter to cancel and return and also contacted the card provider to make sure no further payments were to be made. I cost me the original £2.95 (I didn't take the add-on offer boosting that to £4.95) plus return post. Annoying but at least I avoided the main scam.

@Kwikbreaks That is what I did. So far I haven't had any payments taken out (not that I even have that amount of funding in my account) The item arrived and I have spoken to them on the phone several times before the item arrived as well as sent numerous emails. They stated they do not have any record of my details on their system and always request a tracking number (which I do not have as I never received an order confirmation) I'm still cancelling my card and changing banks just to be on the safe side. They say my account was cancelled yet I still received the stuff. There isn't even any charges on my bank account either?
