I have just found out I have been scammed, bought via fb ad apparently endorsed by Lorraine Kelly around about beginning June, paid £4.95 and £3.95 for postage of raspberry ketone adv and green coffee, received no email confirmation whatsoever. Parcel arrived a couple of weeks later, no paperwork inside, charged £79 and £94 a couple of weeks later, I had no idea til my credit card bill came today, rang halifax they have cancelled any further payments going out but say they can't do much else, suggested I rang the company, the number is next to the pay ref on my credit card statement, I rang it, the number is no longer in service, as this is the only contact details I have I am stuck as to what to do next? Any help or advice gratefully received, thanks in advance, x

You're in the same situation I'm in except they havent taken any money out of mine yet. Try calling- 0844-858-8072. If you read my statement above you can see what happened

I've been the victim of this too. I believed it was postage only but ive had 2 transactions taken from my bank today one for £94.97 and the other £79.97. I'm now broke. I went to my bank today to report the 2 fraudulent transactions and fingers crossed I will get my money back. I found the phone number for these thieves and the 0800 number goes through to an American company. They have no conscience and think nothing of stealing our money. My bank card is now cancelled.

I'm in the same situation as you ^. I'm cancelling my card tomorrow. I haven't had any money taken out yet but i've tried everything to cancel the account with them

Does Destoying your card work? Because what I was thinking of doing was going to my bank Which is Halifax and asking them to get rid of my bank account and start a New one.
However when ever I call them they say they can't just do that.
I have asked them to stop payments from there website be taken from my account and they have stoped this up to 2 weeks.
Will changing my card work? or do I have to start from scratch ?

I have reported Ketoneadvanced and NutraGreenCoffee to the police via website AS A FRAUD.
Please would anyone join me? To get these website's of the Internet once and for all!
Please report your information to the poice and state you have been a victim of FRAUD.
They will ask information about you (Victim) and the suspect (Company)
The more people sending these E-mails to the Police the Quicker and faster they can get them off the internet.
Please take part if you have been Frauded by these people.
Please Google Action Fraud to report it.

This E-Mail from them today stated:

Please Help get them of the Internet and stop other people falling into there trap.

Also can I ask anyone if there willing to help me out prove that there website are fruad to let me know. As it helps with the statment I made as Proof.

Destroying you card will work if you do it properly.... you will end up with a destroyed card... that's all.

All card services have processes in place to effectively allow sellers to make the charge against the underlying account even if the card is destroyed, or replaced with one with a new number.

Have you read the thread?
Put quite simply... you have authorised the transaction.
