Have i been scammed?? Raspberry Ketone Fresh

I was nearly scammed by an irish registered company. I paid the inital amount and as soon as I signed up I was not happy. I tried to phone to cancel but to no avail and cancelled my credit card, so they could not take any further payments out. I did receive the product and then sent it back special delivery. I lost about £13. I was so angry that it was on facebook and that it had a recognisable magazine supporting it. I will never get anything via facebook ever again. First scam in my 40 years of living and hopefully last.

The website was raspberryketonefresh . com, or raspberryketonefresh . com/checkout . php.
We also have realised that, like Chezza30122007, she never received a confirmation email so will try that approach if needed.

Hi, thanks for the information.

On what date did your girlfriend place the order?
As accurate as possible, but just the month will help.

Have you looked in any spam folders for the confirmation email?
It has been suggested that some of these dubious companies have ways of directing stuff they don't want you to see to your spam folder.

Hi Wealdroam, the order was placed on 2-3-14, and yes she checked spam. 100% sure she didn't receive an email.

Hi All

I requested my refund on Monday 03rd June after stating they were in breach of their T&C's without sending a confirmation email or goods.

And they refunded my money of Tuesday 4th June!! All £95 of it!

I too have fallen for this scam. I dont know what possessed me, I NEVER listen to this crap, I'm not even overweight but I have paid over £100 for some still to arrive Garcinium Cambodia which upon investigation is under this Raspberry Ketone company.

I am unable to start a new thread (button doesnt seem to exist) so if someone could tell me what (else) I am doing wrong and/or start a thread under the above name I'll gladly contribute my two cents...

I eventually got a refund of £134 (paid out £150 ish) after about 2 months. When I received the products I sent them straight back via recorded delivery with the RMA number I got by phoning the number mentioned in other posts. Had to phone them back about 4 times over the course of the 2 months to check the status of my refund. Was told 21 days, after this time had to call again, was told 5-10 days to go through. No luck. Called again, they said there had been a problem with it going through and would process the refund again. Checked a week later and it had worked.

they took near £180 and i tried to reason with them that my wife had fell for your scam and i want a refund of all money and i got no where and bank said they would block them and it didnt work they took more out i dont know what to do. please help guys

Feeling very foolish. I agreed to the trial of Ketone Adv and Green Coffee Cleanse. Stupidly, I never bothered to search for the T&Cs. I paid for the 'delivery' charge of £4.95..the supplements are useless, but then (after 14days) discovered that 2 separate charges on my Credit Card £97ish & £79ish. I panicked :eek: and called my CC company who agreed to pass it on to DIPUTES.
No email confirmation...no T&C with the delivery..nothing....

However, because I never read the T&C, guess I am fully responsible, regardless of them being fairly well hidden and no warning of being charged the FULL PRICE for the rubbish 14 day trial amount.

Any words of wisdom for me???

Everything I've found on these forums so far is about people managing to apply for a refund straight away. However even though I'm a UK citizen I've been in the netherlands the past few months so couldn't call the 0800 numbers due to the risk of a crazy phne bill and yet MORE money.

So I ordered on 4th April and decided to wait it out for the rebate, the form of which I sent off in mid-may after the 30 day period passed. I've seen a few comments that the rebate isn't valid for UK customers... how is this possible?! Surely it's false advertising?! Has anybody in the UK applied for and received their rebate? If not can people give me some legal advice on calling ketone and still getting a refund (I haven't opened the bottles) even though the order was a couple of months ago.
