I ordered them on the 7th and today counts as day 15.
My bank have been brilliant but as today was day 15 and they took the money today there is nothing they can do. There is no fraud.
I feel stupid falling for such a scam, I've always considered myself to be clever enough not to do so.
Did you have any of there details phone number , address or email x0 -
Because you agree to a "Continuous Payment Agreement or Authority" it's difficult to get the bank to cancel. If you didn't cancel before the 14 day period, despite the website saying you have a 30 day money back guarantee, you open yourself up to having funds taken from your account. I would cancel the DD and then 'Lose' my card and get one with a different long number. From a scientific standpoint, there is no evidence that this slimming marvel will work on humans as all the tests have been done on mice. Raspberry Ketone are really a scam firm and should be avoided at all costs. :cool:0

They were on about this on BBC Watchdog tonight. You could probably watch it on the BBC IplayerMake £10 a day Challenge June - £1700

Sorry for the long read:
I ordered this item, a week ago. It came the other day. Since then I have found this site and I have been panicking. I have spoken to my bank and they said I can only take action once they have attempted to take money out of my account. Myself being a teenage student I do certainly not have the funds which are expected to take out of my account. I have contacted their customer support team who have sent me numerous emails to them. they previously were responding asking for my order id which I explained to them that I never received the confirmation email. They eventually sent me an email yesterday saying they had cancelled my account but they could not confirm it until I had telephoned up and cancelled it properly and would not take any money out of my account as I have only had the product a few days. I telephoned the number they sent me which was- 0844-858-8072. The person at the end of the phone was hard hearing and tried to find my details several times including "searching" for my details using my name, phone number, email address and postcode.
But could not find any details. I'm quite scared so i've messaged them back saying I am angry and if not sorted they shall be reported. Am awaiting a reply but I am highly considering cancelling my bank account and making a new one with new details because I am terrified about this as I'm only 19. How could I have been so stupid?! Can anyone help??   :eek:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I feel for the same and got a refund 12 weeks later.
They took £154 from my account on a mail rebate offer.
Had to fill in a form and post it to them.
And then took 12 weeks for them to process but got my money back today. Won't be falling this again.0 -
Considering I never even have an amount significant to take out I doubt any will get taken out. I have told my bank (santander) but as stated they can only do something once an amount has been taken out. I'm just waiting for my details then I'm opening a new account. Can't deal with this but at least I know for experience. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

PLEASE HELP!!
I fell for this scam back in March... I got a refund! And now they have taken another £153....
Since the refund I threw away my tracking number to the:
PO Box 13587
Linlithgow
West Lothian
EH49 9AT
All I need is someone's old tracking number to give them to prove the "goods" arrived at the West Lothian address.
PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE I would really really appreciate it!!
This is an awful scam..... please keep all documentation and remember to close your bank account!!0 -
Sorry but not sure how that's helping my problem? besides that kind of is your own fault where you didn't take the advice you are giving me. You're lucky I never even got a tracking number or a confirmation email. You obviously didn't cancel it in time. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. SJ. If they try to take money and you have insufficient funds, won't Sanander bang you for bank charges? This thread has been running since last October and people are still getting caught. This is an out and out fraud. Some people need to get in touch with Trading Standards, police and Advertising Standards Authority.0

Unfortunately they probably will, i'm closing my bank account soon anyway so there shouldn't be a problem, I just wanted to know if there was a way to deal with it besides what I have already done to change my mind
Yep unfortunately that is the case. It's a shame that nothing has been done yet to catch them.
