so glad to finally have this sorted, will definitely not be falling for another scam again!!

so please keep on at them, they will refund you in the end!!
  • Hi
I'm new on here but desperately need help please!

I too have fallen for this damm Raspberry rubbish. I had £1.99 debited from my account by Healthizon Saffron and then £153.95 taken on teh same day by a company called Timenutra.

I just wasn't expecting this and cant afford it. I contacted my bank (Barcleys) but they have told me that because I used my debit card all they can do is stop future payments from going out.

I have now received my bottle of pills (1 bottle, 1 was expecting 3) but my postman left it hanging out of my letter box, it rained and i am now unable to read the returns address, there was no instruction inside the package unfortunately and i have never received an email from them.

I have tried to get through on the telephone number people have listed on here but I am struggling to get through, Im going to try again tomorrow and am not stopping until I get an RMA code!
Can anyone help me with what address i should be sending the product back too, i noticed that people are saying the address on the website is a fake address and I have checked it out myself and it is not recognised by Royal Mail.

I'm so annoyed and upset with myself, I have had to borrow money to make my rent payment this month and really cant afford to loss the money forever.

    Thanks hopefully Louise xx

  • i too have stupidly fallen for the free trial through a moment of weakness on an advertisement link on Facebook that a friend had shared. i feel very annoyed as i am usually really good and so careful with money!
after reading the terms and conditions and purchasing what i thought was a free trial and paying only what i thought was shipping costs which was what was stated on the website, i received a call from my bank asking me whether i had agreed for £153 to be taken from my account. alarmed i said no and i have spoken with the disputes department yesterday to start the process on receiving my money back. they have blocked further payments from the company and issued me with a new credit card.

Today however i received 3 bottles of raspberry ketone fresh capsules (90 day free trial). i had received no invoice via email and the package only included a dispatch form. i telephoned the number on the form and after a second attempt at 9pm i got through to a lady from America. she has reassured me that i have received an email which was intact in my junk box. it stated that i could apply for a mail rebate however i have to wait 30 days to send it off before i can receive a cheque in the post with my rebate. she stated i must not send the products back but to wait 30 days and i will receive my rebate form.

has anyone else waited 30 days and received a rebate through the post, or is this a scam??
please help on what i should do next... do i wait 30 days and hope for the best or continue with disputes and attempt to send the products back????

So are you now expecting to get that £153.95 back via your bank, and get it back as a rebate from the company?

You need to decide which route to follow.
  • hey guys,

    quick update.

I received my pills and sent them back straight away with the RMA number tracked to the address people say its fake, a Mr lackie signed for it just like another person had said on here. initially I couldnt get through on the uk number so got through with the US one on here (can't remember it now). i rang back to check they recieved my parcel witb the uk number and got through to an american straight away. im currently awaiting my refund, theyve got another 20 days to do it or its going to visa disuptes.

Ive never been so stressed with it all, the best piece of address i can give is expect them to talk to you like crap on the phone and just be firm, repeat you want just the rma number, not a partial refund which they tried offering me in 50%,55%. 60% etc.

claim whats yours people, and stick to their T&C, do what they say so they can't trap you in to not giving a refund etc.

best of luck people, ive done all I can now so hopefully i'll get my money from them soon or through the bank.

can you tell me if your RMA number was or similar to your confirmation number? because I've been seening loads of comments saying that after phoning the number for their RMA numbers they have been told its the confirmation number they were sent, when someone demanded their RMA the women on the phone just gave them random numbers.
I suffer from severe phone anxiety and usually my mother has to make any phone calls for me but she is away at the minute, before i even attempt this im trying to find as much information as possible as my bank have been completely useless.
The bank gave me my money back and then took it out again stating that even though i only agreed to pay 4.95 i still authorized the payment and so they was nothing they could do, even though after making the order and realising what i had fallen for i contacted my bank trying to cancel the transaction, they told that no money had been taken out but not to worry as they would but a block on my account so that company couldn't take any, it wasn't until coming home from work saturday and seeing the package on the table i realized the bank hadn't done what they said and i was now in my overdraft and expecting charges for that! Any help anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated.
  • Hi all,

Thought I would share my experience... I too fell for this scam at the end of February.
I contacted my bank ASAP and there was nothing they could do regarding the £153 but they did stop my card in order to prevent any future payments from being taken.

I then used the number provided on my bank statement with the transaction to contact the company (as the original customer service number hardly ever works, and sometimes as the company trades under three names, they have no record of your order).

The number i got through on was 08081890509.
When you have received your products, call this number and ask for an RMA number.. this is your order number followed by 10 other digits.
Go back to the site that you bought the goods form and print the terms and conditions.
Return the goods via recorded delivery with Royal Mail to the address stated on the Terms and Conditions. (NOT the address they came from).
    This is:
    Raspberry Ketone Fresh
    Attn: Fulfillment Center
    RMA # (initial order #)
    PO Box 13587
Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 9AT, UK

If you send first class it should be delivered the following day, call the company again to see if they have received the goods and ask them to process your refund.

They will tell you it takes 3-5 weeks, + 7 to 10 days, and you will only receive 139 due to restocking fees etc.
Contact the company again after 4 weeks to see if the refund has been processed. If not ask them over the phone if they can process it now.

The transaction should then process in a week, and once processed will take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
When you call to check where it has been processed, if they say it has then take a transaction number that you can give the bank should it not appear in your account.

    Don't forget:
    Cancel your card
Do the refund not the rebate
Check terms and condtions for correct address
And chase company to ensure refund.

Hope it all works out ok, I know how frustrating it can be!

I'm not sure whether ot not i am the victim of a scam, yesterday (23/10/2013) i saw a facebook ad from 'Glamour Woman' talking of an offer for three bottles of Raspberry Ketone Fresh and only having to pay the P&P costing £4.95.

I took the bait, saw all the discounts and it said money to pay was the £4.95 stated so i paid the money on my debit card.

I then checked my bank account and realised they had taken just over £150.00 out of my account.

So i then went to check my email to make sure i had an email confirmation of my purchase which at the bottom said i can download a mail-in rebate form for the price fo the product 30 days after my purchase date

Has anybody else used this offer?

Do you think the rebate form is correct and i will get my money back??

    PLEASE HELP!
My daughter got them they took 201 pounds out of her account she sent them back filled out refund still not penny back pure scam
