Have i been scammed?? Raspberry Ketone Fresh

I have just ordered this raspberry stuff via fb link £150 gone out of my bank instantly but says I can have it rebated after 30 days. But just read on this thread only if your in the states im in uk! I want to try it so dont really want to instantly try to get my money back but will I get it back in 30 days??? Iv had an email but its from a shipping company. Has anyone got any more recent updates on this pls

I've read lots of different scenarios on here of some people being able to get their money back by their bank, some by the company by returning the item and some where they're still waiting on the 30 day rebate. I think what you have to do is what's in your gut. Personally I'm just wanting as much of my money bank ASAP so intending on returning and getting a refund although the package hasn't turned up yet but it's only been a couple of days... I also received the shipping email but once I'd read all these threads I rang the company and got through wanting to cancel altogether as others have said they did successfully but was told that wasn't possible. I don't want to risk the rebate incase I don't get my money back so just going to return and refund. I am however going to report the dispute to my bank

Thanks for your reply. Iv contacted my bank this morning and theres nothing they can do until its processed. Iv tried the number but says open 1-9 gmn does that mean 1-9 uk? I want to cancel/return striaght away now iv heard far too much about this !! Theyv actually took 2 payments by 2 diff names 1 for £154.95 to nutrajump and 1 for £1.25 to spotnutra??

The number to phone is open 1-10 uk time. I'm confused who to send it back to? The parcel arrived today which I've not opened. The first time I rand up they said return to the 9AT postcode but the second time they said return to the address on the envelope which is a different Milton Keynes address? What did you back say they will do once the payment is processed?

I cant get through to the number tried this morning and again now 6pm still getting automated answer of opening times. Still no email from the company so dont even have an order number.
God this is a nitemare why was I so stupid!!!!

Hi Madcat,

Try not to beat yourself up, there are many of us that have fallen for this. If you read through previous threads you will find advise that different ones in the same position have given. Try ringing 0800 909 8096. It will take you through to a customer service representative in the U.S. Ask for your RMA number so you can return your unopened bottle/s once it arrives in line with their 30 day return policy. Send it tracked to the address they give you which should be the one in West Lothian (see above) which you put your RMA number on above address. Hope this helps.

Can't believe I fallen for this?
I have just ordered them and I also haven't received any confirmation email.
I am worried that they are gong to take more money out of my account?
Could someone email me the rebate form? x

I have done the same thing via Facebook, however it stated this was for a 90 day trial, I have received the trial today but noticed they have taken £154.70 from my bank. When ordered it did state that no money would be taken from your card other than payment for trial. Which incidentally is not showing on my account. Do you think I can send this back for full refund? I feel such an idiot

A word of advice to all, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL... do not sign for it, you are perfectly in your rights to reject the parcel and every post office delivery asking for signature has an option to tick "rejected".. then call your bank and ask them to do a charge back... they can normally do this after 11 days under the fact you never received the items! I would also check your phone bill if you have called the company to get an RMA.... you may well have called a premium rate number!

I did not sign for my trial package. However cannot get through to them on the phone.
