    Hi all

I have received my refund of £139 after returning my package 5 weeks ago. Good luck to the rest of you.

Hi thanks for your update, can I just ask which address you posted back to as there's lots of posts claiming there's two address on the recovered envelope and the post code ending in 9AT is invalid...
Thanks for your help! Hoping to get my Money back soon as in total they've taken £157.62 from my account with lots of random payments for 'non stag purch/ trans fee' whatever that means totalling £7.70! :(

What are "raspberry ketones" used for anyway?!

According to Wikipedia, ketone is a derivation of the word "acetone". Ketones can be sugars, solvents, polymer precursors, etc.

If you wanted to induce ketosis (from what I've just read), you'd need to alter your whole diet to almost eliminate carbohydrates to deplete liver glycogen stores.

Am I missing something, or is this just a useless "magic potion" for people with money to burn?

Which address is everyone using to send products back? it seems po box 13587 EH49 9AT is invalid. On my envelope I have 2 address a PO Box 7574 MK11 9GQ and a world fulfilment services MK14 5BN I rang 08004046960 to get my RMA number

Hi Moobell. I am going to send my parcel back to the above address in West Lothian EH49 9AT because that's where I was told to send it to by 4 different customer service representatives. I do have a Milton Keynes address on envelope. However I have checked, checked and double checked so I will do exactly as advised. I'm interested to know why it is being said that the West Lothian address in invalid. Could anyone advise if and why they feel this is the case?

    The correct address is definitely:

    Raspberry Ketone Fresh
    Attn: Fulfillment Center
    RMA # (initial Order #)
    PO Box 13587
Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 9AT, UK

I sent mine back to this address and phoned them the next day with my tracking number and they said they had received it. So this is the correct one.

I think it's because the Royal Mail Address Finder doesn't recognise that post code.

    It returns the message:
Unfortunately we could not find this postcode. Please check it. If the postcode is correct but we still can't find it, please read the help below to find out what to do.
So even the postcode finder admits it is not perfect. ;)

I think you are absolutely right to send it to the address that you have been instructed to send it to.

  • I'm so angry with myself for doing this, I'm usually so careful! I phoned them on the 0800 number tody and spoke to an american bloke called Chris. He told me that if I wait 30 days I can fill in the rebate form, send it off and will get the rebate with 3-5 weeks. I questioned the address but he assured me its the correct one. I also asked if it was only customers in the USA that could claim the rebate and he said no, that all customers can. Im going to try and see what happens and will let you know if I have any success. I also made my feelings to him very clear and told them their website is very bad, a lot of people are very disappointed with their company and recommended that they make it much clearer on their website. I also advised them I will be reporting them for fraud.

No where in their t&c does it say anything about taking £150...

It is explained just before you give them your card details.

Best addressed by referring you to post #327.
  • Hi everyone,

I just want to say thank you for sharing all your stories - you've all been so helpful.

Can I ask those of you who have opted for a refund by requesting a RMA number, what does that number looks like?

I spoke to a really helpful guy using the 0800 number who said my RMA was exactly the same as my order number. Did anyone else find this? I've read the entire discussion and seen most were a order number followed by a 10 digit number. I just want to check he wasn't lying to me!!

    Thanks

    Sally
