Was any one else expecting 3 pots. I was genuinely surprised to find just 1 pot of 90 capsules. Why are they charging such exorbitant prices? Is it just so they get earn loads of tax on the large amounts. They're obviously sitting on the money for as long as poss.

  • Just to let you all know I was also victim of this (see my long post in ypthe other similar thread as Dory1974) - I had to create new if as could not remember password and the system is playing up!

Anyway- I return the 3 bottles yesterday to the address on the envelope eh49 7YH postcode and I sent it recorded . I checked the website today (Royal Mail) and they have received it and signed for it. Also by contacting my bank and speaking with them I have got my money back- £149.00 back. I was conned out of £1.99 and then a £153.95
The bank said they used the £1.99 to check the account number is correct etc before putting a big amount through.
The EH49 9AT postcode they give is incorrect- do not use.

    Sorry....meant interest! :)

Dory74 - that's great news what a relief for you! I haven't seen this postcode anywhere....did you still send it to the PO Box 13587 in Linlithgow, or did you use a different address? I've confirmed address 3 or 4 times and all have given me the EH49 9AT post code. Sending back tomorrow....

    Hi all

I have received my refund of £139 after returning my package 5 weeks ago. Good luck to the rest of you.
  • Hello!! Just been scammed myself this morning, felt completely crap about it and am always careful etc… long and short, we all seem to have been duped. I just called the number thats quoted for the uk and got straight through to Celeste in california who was pleasant and helpful. She assures me that it would not ever be a repeat payment and gave me the RMA number very quickly and concisely. She didn't question my decision and wished me a great day. as soon as i have the goods i will send them recorded and tracked to the scottish address and await my refund of 139 sterling…. i know it could be along time in coming but will let you know when it does arrive…..

Hi everyone, I'm in exactly the same scenario obviously! Feel really stupid but I will learn! I made my order last night and realised...rang the 08004046960 number and after being on hold a couple of minutes spoke to an American lady. I told her I wanted to cancel my order entirely but she insisted that under their T&Cs that was not possible. She said all I could do if I didn't want to item was return it to the address in section 7 of their T&Cs with the 17 digit number she have me to be written on the envelope when returned by recorded delivery. Like some of you she said I would only get back £134 not the full £150 that is a pending transaction in my account. On reflection I looked into the Distance selling regulations online, which claim I have a right to cancel my order within 7 days of placing it and that the seller is obliged by law to allow this or else I have a right to complain. With this new information I rang back up and after several failed attempts as left on hold too long, I got through to a man this time who said that their laws in America were different and that if I wanted to complain I would have to do so on the website... so I guess I'm in the same situation as most of you now in waiting for the damn pills to arrive ready to send back for a refund. I don't fancy risking the 30 day rebate form just incase it's not accepted. Has anyone else been successful with this or their refund? I know a few above said they were refunded in the end. The First Lady I spoke to said the refund would take 3-5 weeks also. Good luck to the rest of you!
  • Hi all,

Hi thanks for your update, can I just ask which address you posted back to as there's lots of posts claiming there's two address on the recovered envelope and the post code ending in 9AT is invalid...
Thanks for your help! Hoping to get my Money back soon as in total they've taken £157.62 from my account with lots of random payments for 'non stag purch/ trans fee' whatever that means totalling £7.70! :(
