Hi Gusty01, sorry to hear of your problem.

Mel25h posted a link to Raspberry Ketone Fresh in post #284.
  • I was actually recommended this by a friend (!!!) and she recalled where she got her (legit) free trial sounding similar to the raspberry ketone fresh website, so I went ahead and purchased the 90-day supply...

Uhoh. Just over £150 taken. Within 24 hours I have cancelled my bank card and my bank will be able to issue a cancellation request once the payment has gone through (it's still pending). Of course I'd like to get my money back, but for now I just hope that because it was the '90 day supply' and not the 'trial period' that they do not keep my details and attempt to re-charge me next month.

Has anyone had a similar experience and know what to expect? My bank assured me it should be fine seeing as my old card details are destroyed etc, but they said I should contact RKF. I received an email back from them saying they 'no longer' us the mail service and I will have to call them.

If I'm honest, I don't even know if I can now afford to call an 08 number, so I'm unsure what to do now..
  • Hi, I stupidly fell for this scam last week & the tablets turned up at my house the weekend. I've since called the number on the invoice & was abruptly told I needed to follow the T&C's for my RMA number. I called the number on the website & got through to America (I dread what that's Gibbs cost me) the woman told me I needed to call the original number again as they only deal with US orders. I called the original number back & surprise surprise I couldn't get through, I was asked to leave a message & they would call me back, which they didnt. I've called up again about an hour ago & they knew I'd called yesterday, the woman who I spoke to reluctantly gave me an RMA number & told me I've gotta pay for posting them plus a £20 restocking fee, I've also gotta wait 3-5 weeks plus 7-10 working days for my refund! Has anybody sent these back with the RMA number & got their refund? Also has anybody waited for the rebate form, sent it & got money back? I feel so stupid, ill never do anything like this ever again. If someone could get back to me id really appreciate it.
    Thanks.
  • So gutted I fell for this but I sent the things back the same day using Royal Mail Tracked and now, 5 weeks later they have agreed to refund the money ( less all the scandalous restocking nonsense) . It took me over 10 days to speak to anyone and left various messages which went unanswered and sent emails which were returned saying they can't accept them anymore!
I was asked for my Tracking Reference Number and then 'Sarah' has initiated a refund which will take 5-10 working days!!

Lets see if I get anything back, I will keep you posted.
  • Hi all,
I fell for this scam too.
I thought I'd share my experience with you all, as hopefully I will receive my rebate soon.

So after I received my confirmation letter, it stated that after 30 days I could print off a rebate form and send it off to them. I waited and filled this form out, sent it (cost me £6 - ouch, but worth it to get the rest back) and waited patiently. I tracked the letter and know that they received it, however no response.
After a little more waiting, I decided to contact them. I used the email that they had originally emailed me with, stating that I had sent the rebate form back, etc. After a few days I received a reply from Customer Services claiming that my rebate had been processed and I would receive a check soon.
This was about 2 weeks ago. I replied asking how long they thought I would have to wait, only to find out that the email had been terminated. I then thought I had no chance of getting my rebate.
I have just phoned the customer services, surprisingly I actually got through. I gave them my order code and they knew who I was, and also said I was due to receive my rebate in the next few days. I was also told that my details were passed on to a co-worker who is currently dealing with rebates.

I'm hoping that this means that I will receive my money back...
    I'll keep you posted.

I think they key thing in order to get your money back is persistence! I am not going to give up until I get my money back!!!

Just thnk about it before you enter your card details, if it is too good to be true then it usually is.

    Dont believe everything on facebook.
  • I posted earlier about my experience with this product i received pills last friday sent them back to the address on the package with the returns number and did it special delivery they received package yesterday so i know that address is correct in the meantime my bank who i had lodged a dispute with as back up credited me with the £1.99 so i was halfway there tonight i checked my bank account and the remaining amount of £153.95 has been put back in my account :j obviously this is my banks doing and not the company giving me my money back but there is hope that you can get your money back just hoping that that is the end of it and they dont try to take anymore out!

Has any actually received their money back from the rebate?

The woman I called on customer service, I got through first time, said that she guaranteed I would get all my money back through the rebate system?

If not, what are the first steps I need to take to get a refund?
  • Received my money back today!
    Don't give up, people!
