I have picked up my order and reading on here there are two different addresses and I have two order numbers will be speaking to them later and will get a refund!! My bank put a block on them taking any more money out.

Please just keep ringing the free phone number, read the terms and conditions on superketoneplus.com and quote from there, send back opened/unopened pills via a signed for delivery and ring them when arrived to pester for refund....hooray and never again! I have also complained to fb as I would never have done this if it weren't for their advertisement. Good luck to u all!

As you can see, nothing about a 90 day trial. It also says here to avoid on-going payment, phone up and cancel. I am pretty sure every person on here will have contacted and cancelled, yet they are still taking payments.

I bought Raspberry Keytone Fresh (as I posted before) on 13/2 and returned the parcel (after calling for my RMA number) unopened when it arrived. I returned it by Royal Mail tracked - it was received and signed for on 18/2.
I also rang my bank on the day I bought the products to block further payments.
Just called the 0800 404 6960 number to ask when I would get my refund. The lady took my tracking number and looked it up. She said I will get the money 30 days from 18/2. Therefore, I should receive some money on 20/3.
I will update you all if/when it arrives.
I have paid out £152.70 and £2.20 to the company. If I remember rightly, I was told I would receive £139 back. Better than nothing!
Good Luck to everyone else who made this silly mistake.

With all due respect, i find your comment asking Wealdroam to "pipe down" ironic.

People who have agreed to these free trials have only themselves to blame. No-one forces them to hand over their card details. Another case of Caveat Emptor.

Yes 'meer53' it does mention a subscription, but only for a 10 day trial or a 14 day trial. I agreed to a 90 day trial, can you please highlight the section which says I have agreed to a monthly subscription for a 90 day trial??

As you must have missed from my last post, the t&c do say to stop monthly payments being taken from your account you need to phone up and cancel, which everyone on here seems to be doing yet they are STILL having monthly payments taken.

Yes we do only have ourselves to blame, and we like to come on these forums to compare bad experiences and give advice like I've already said, not to be patronised and told we're not doing things right by people who haven't even been victim to this scam themselves so have no idea what they're actually talking about.

You could camouflage the link.

Posting something like www . moneysavingexpert . com and asking people to remove the blanks would do it.

Did anyone actually get their money back through the company? Ive just done this and realised it was a scam straight away bank say they cant do anything and that i would have to sort it with the company i received the pills yesterday but i dont even want them now, could anyone advice me on how to get my money back and did the rebate work? Thanks.
