Having posted your email address, you can expect a lot of spam email.

Also worth noting that it's against the forum rules:
Forum users should not post their personal details (full names, email addresses, home addresses or telephone numbers) or anyone else's on the forum or send them via private message.
  • Hello,

I ordered some of this on Saturday and immediately wished I had not.

I stumbled across this post while panicking about what I had done and it has been helpful with providing phone numbers and such, but they have all come to nothing.

The number 001 888 222 4979 is for the US and Canada only and they cannot help me. The UK number, 0800 404 6960, keeps on ringing out.

I am at a bit of a loss now on what to do next.

Has anyone actually taken delivery of this product and followed the in-mail redemption offer and actually got their money sent through to them? I fear that the only option I have left.

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
  • Like everyone else on this forum I was convinced that I'd been scammed (to be honest I still feel pretty sick when I think about it). I placed the order and was instantly suspicious when my confirmation email had no information about how much I'd been charged and mentioned a 'mail-in' rebate form.

When I called my bank (the world's local bank) they said that a charge was going through for £153.95 from a company called buy4health. I was stunned and sickened that I'd fallen for a scam. I consider myself to be quite an intelligent person and still cant believe I fell for it. They bank said they couldn't do anything until the transaction had been processed. I tried calling to cancel the order but got through to an automated response in German. I then tried emailing a company which turned out to be a different one.
I raised a dispute with my bank which is ongoing and they refunded me the money instantly. Meanwhile I received the product after 5 days.

I have called the 08004046960 number today and spoke to an American woman. She informed me that if I choose to return the product that I will be charged for returning it (by recorded delivery no less) and a £10 restocking charge. I attempted to quote the Distance Selling Regulations but she repeatedly came back to their Terms and Conditions.

She explained the rebate form in more detail:
30 days after your order you can access the form.
You have 60 days from then to get the letter to them in the post in the US.
It will usually take 2-3 weeks to process the rebate but can take up to 45 days.

As I don't want to pay them for posting back and a restocking fee I am going to try the rebate. I asked her to confirm that I wasn't tied in to any further payments and she said it was a one off payment for this offer. I asked her to confirm it via email and she said the company haas no email support. I basically told her that was utterly ridiculous and that there are forums full off people who think this is a scam and that their lack of email support only makes things worse. She was very polite but didn't really seem to care. I suspect they have a lot of calls like mine.

Good luck everyone. I have certainly learned my lesson and won't be falling for anything like this ever again.
  • I have just fallen into this trap as well.

I immediately called my bank who cant do anything while its pending so I called the company on 08004046960, gave them my confirmation order number form the email I received but was told that they don't have the ability to cancel my order. The only option they gave me is to either return the product or send off the rebate form which will be available in 30 days from today. Either way they have said I will get my money back. If I was to return the product I have to call them and get a tracking number and list of instructions to return the product. They said the tracking number is to ensure that I know that my product has been returned and once confirmed the refund will take up to 30days to go back into my bank account.

My bank have told me that if the company does not refund my money I have to call them once the transaction has hit my bank and dispute the payment and the bank will sort it out from there.

Not sure what to do now. Do I wait to see if I get the rebate or contact my bank and hope they can get my money back for me?

    Any ideas anyone?
  • Update: i now have money from both products refunded. Best time to call the phone numbers is around 6pm there is a wait but its worth it to get connected. Make sure you get the name of each person you speak to. This was a valuable and so nearly costly mistake. It's not a scam my bank (santander) and Visa Disputes say because it is in the T&Cs that these payments and continuous payments will be taken. Follow your banks advice. And make sure you call the companies, you will get refunded. Good luck. I ordered Raspberry Ketones Advanced, Nutra Green Coffee and SlimBodyCleanse.

I too have been scammed by this shameful company who have taken £349.88 from my account without my permission. It took me ages to get through and several tries as they kept hanging up. Eventually I spoke to Melanie who after a long and difficult conversation agreed to refund £100 for the trial this was agreed before I was aware that a further £174.94 had already been taken from my account. I called Barclaycard to try to ensure that no further payments were to taken and to my shock a further £174.94 gone I spoke to Roxanne who supported me in calling the company back they state that I can not return the product i do not want and insist that I owe the money finally she withdrew the offer of £100 and agreed to refund the 2 unknown transactions still leaving me nearly £175 out of pocket. Roxanne from Barcalycard asked to speak to a supervisor to also ask that the original £100 be refunded and he hung up on her!!! I am so angry that I fell for this all hail Roxanne and the amazing support from Barclaycard for trying to sort this out. Roxanne is calling them again to try to get more of my money back and I am waiting to hear how she gets on. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

    Without your permission?

    Are you sure about that?

Well to stop it would be not to click on the ad or give your card details away OR better still download the app for your browser that blocks ads.
