Stop clicking on ads or better still use as blocker for Firefox or similar add on for another browser. If it looks too good to be true then it is. If it says free trial and wants payment then how can it be a free trial, just think about it before you give your card details away.

Please give people a break, the bank details are supposed to cover postage, that's the scam which is elaborate and remember its on FB which a lot of people trust. Also Experian do the same with their free trial and nobody bats an eyelid at that.

Hi, I've also done the same thing, saw on my account that they took £153 out the same day, had no email and now I can't get in touch with the company, I so annoyed at myself! How do we go about exposing this company? Does anyone know?
    Thank you

Nezzy I really believe that Facebook need to look at this. We have complained to them with no success at all so I am not sure they are bothered too much.

I think if all of you who have been conned through a FB ad should lobby FB as well as trying to get money back.
  • I am so stupid why did I fall for this I did it through a facebook link , I never would do this normally but looked ok how wrong was I they took £153.95 out my account immediately I realised within minutes but was to late bank said they cant do anything , rang customer services and never spoken to anyone so rude in my life he said us brits should check the small print whilst laughing at me , I am so upset this has ruined my daughters birthday as I am a single mum on benefits and had been saving this money for weeks to give my daughter her first ever party now its ruined said I can get money back via mail rebate but that could take months , dont be silly like me dont do it x

The fact its on facebook doesn't endorse its legitamcy. Yes Experian do the free trial and people can opt out.

I was honest, you might not like it but thats your choice.

People trust Facebook because its where they interact, FB take the cash from ads that peddle false statements and they know it so I disagree with you. You contradict yourself on the credit card issue, experian and ketone cowboys do exactly the same thing what separates them is integrity.

The very fact you were say you are being honest only serves you not the poor people who have been taken by the professional con men and are feeling bad enough about it as it is without you reminding them, they know that now.
  • A member of my family has fallen for this scam, after numerous phone calls to no avail and unresponsive message left with Sean (Customer Service Manager).

I have finally logged a complaint with the General Attorney Office of Colerado after finding the following article. Link to complain at the bottom coloradoattorneygeneral.gov/departments/consumer_protection/major_cases/nutra_pills

All the best. Do not give up and let these scammers win.
  • I've just ordered some and not realised they charge the full amount!! D: £150 is a lot of money to take from someone's account... I've found the email in my junk box from them and have applied from the rebate... I just hope it all works :(

Everyone, please check with your bank, apparently I have signed up for a subscription every month even though I applied for the rebate offer.
This did not specify any subscription at all.
My bank has stopped any future payments from going through.
  • Hi all. I fell victim of this scam on 12th January and have recently received a refund. I did the following:

Call 08004046960 ASAP and state you want a refund or to cancel the order. They will more than likely say it's already been shipped and that you will need to use the claim form once it is activated 30days after purchase. Do not accept this!! Ask them for an RMA Number. They won't give this to you over the phone so make sure you hold the line whilst they email it to you.

As soon as you receive the products, put them back in the post, recorded delivery with your RMA number to the following address:
    PO box 13587
    Linlithgow
    West Lothian
    EH49 9AT
I would advise taking photos of the products and parcel for evidence, should you need it. In your parcel you will have paperwork with your order number. Photocopy this and send back the original with the products.

Once you have your confirmation from the courier of signed receipt their end, call the number again to ask when you will receive your refund. They will give you a date. Mine was 3-5weeks. I called again on the last day as I still didn't have my money, the lady I spoke to advised that she then processed my refund that day and that it would be in my account within 7-10 working days. Take the transaction ID number from them. You will need this for your bank if you don't then get the refund.

They refund you £139 - £10 restocking fee.

I was charged £157 in total and received £135 refund. Never again will I fall for this, it could have been a far more expensive lesson!!

I hope this helps you all and you all get your money back too!! Don't give up!!!
